Okay I've seem a lot of posts and most of them have been commented on by Top, Goop!, ect. ect.

What is up with you guys? Do you just go and comment on any post? Half the stuff you say in you comment doesn't make sense!

For some reason the first post on a thread sends it to the last page, and we post Top etc to bring it back to the first page.

A lot of people go by that. When we post the first few comments, the thread goes to the very back pages, so, to bring it back up, we comment as "Top" "Goop" "Up", ect. Just random posts to get it up to where everyone can see it.

Yeah, all of the names are just code names for all the regular CBers who want to bring the post back up to the top where everyone can see them. As far as I know, they have no real identities.

Yeah, there isn't a single person who just says "Top!" all of the time. A lot of us CBers just post as "Top" to get the thread moving if we want more people to see it. I've posted as Top before.
