Oooh! The story of Ruth! For my sister's bat mitzvah she is going to be doing a play on the story of Ruth! I know you probably had Christians in mind for this, but I am hearing SO much about Ruth these days for the bat mitzvah. :)

Hmm... I don't have a favorite story!!! :D:D:D But my moms name is Ruth!! Hehehe! In religion we're learning the beatitudes (Is that how you spell it?) we have to find pictures for our beatitudes that we're doing! Mines: Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Yay! :D:D:D:D

That's really cool! :):) My pastor talked about the beatitudes (I'm pretty sure that's the way to spell it...  I think...) on Sunday.  Then we came to the part after the beatitudes where He says, 'You are the salt of the world.  But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again?'.  My friend was at her dad's house that day, and he's been looking for a church, so she recommended my church, so they came.  She comes to my church camp, and the salty part was what the speaker (this AWESOME lady named Virginia) was talking about.  She was SO funny!!  Whenever she said the words 'salt' 'salty' or 'saltyness', she'd make this really funny smacky sound for a couple seconds, to add flavor to the word (she smacked whenever she said the word 'flavor', too!).  Sooo, at church, whenever my pastor said any of those words (which he did frequently), my friend and I would look at each other and start making the smacky noise!! :D:D:D It was SOOOO funny!!!! :D:D:D We started laughing (sort of quietly) like crazy!!! :D:D:D:D HA HA HA!!!!!  Sorry, that was probably really boring for you, wasn't it? :(

I have always liked the story of Noah and the Flood. The Esther story is really um, cool (or would you put it as 'nice'?). Anyway, I like it!!:):):):)

I'm partial to Ruth, mostly because I had to give a talk about her when I was down in Mexico...
