Everyone has these. What are everyone's funniest, most embarrassing, grossest, stupidest, silliest, worst, happiest, and best moments in their life?
Okay, here's one:
Halloween. My friends (*coughnotanymorecough*) Danny and Annika (pen names that are close to their real names) are are sitting at a table with me. We just came back from Trick-or-Treating. Annika fiddles with a vegetable on her plate and says, "This is too squishy." Danny and I burst out laughing for no apparent reason. Annika stares blankly at us. We guffaw and can't stop. Annika rolls her eyes. Clair (pen name) imitates us laughing. We laugh even louder. We try to sputter to Annika that we're sorry, that we're not making fun of her, but we can't. It just sounds like, "We-wwe-re . . S-sorr-s-fff!!!! W-we-Mfff!! Hooo!!" And Danny falls off her chair with tears in her eyes. Annika was sighing and muttering. BUT WE STILL COULD NOT STOP!!!
We felt pretty stupid after that.

Here's a crazy one

OK, let me set the scene.
I'm in the third grade. It's a Monday, and I had just gotten my braces that morning, and now it's in the afternoon.
The class is working on an art project, and the room is absolutely quiet. I inhale some dust, and sneeze. There is a weird popping noise. It was one of my brackets, popping off! It was a pretty big sneeze, but I really don't know HOW did my braces have to pop apart when I sneezed, the afternoon after I GOT the braces!

Ohhhhh!!! Once I had my name in the credits! It was only the credits of my dance studio's recital video, but I was in the credits! I was in the play snippets they had between dances. I was Gracie's friend #2. And I was actually in the credits, not to metion the video. The dancers weren't in there.

Once I was playing Red Rover with some friends on rather long grass after it had just rained. Needless to say, this wasn't the greatest idea ever. Well, the inevitable happened, my name was called and I went charging along, just a few seconds before impact I recall thinking "You know, this is actually a phenominally stupid game. Why am I doing this? Oh zark, it's too late to stop n---" The next thing I remember was blackness and voices over my head saying "Is she okay?!"
I was told later that I flipped horizontal to the ground before landing-just like a cartoon character! Wish I could have seen it, but alas, I just felt it instead.
(Yes, I'm new here. I've been reading Cricket for many years, graduated to Cicada a few years ago but kept my Cricket subscription.
I'm interested in music, history and tall ships, though not in any particular order.)
