Spelling and grammar

Spelling and grammar

Spelling and grammar are overrated.

l realize that we need a set of rules for the written languge, but really, does it have to be so enforced? l'm human, for goodness sakes, not a dicanary.

lf l misspell a word or misplace a comma, do you really think the whole world's going to explode? No. It'll keep spinin' 'round and 'round.  l mea really,  yuo cna undestnd stff liek dis, so wyh be so sensstive 'bout grammer?

Overrated. Overenforced. Overfawned over. Overobsessed. Over-whatever-you-get-my-point. Grammar and spelling shouldn't have to rule your lives. So c'mon, losen up, and love bad grammar for what it is. Me likes to.

Sorry! I said grammar, not spelling, though. Spelling is not my strong point. I'm sorry though. Very, truly sorry. Aw, I feel really ashamed now... *hides in a corner*

I'm afraid I perfer good grammar.

My minecraft friends know me for it. I scream at our enemies if they try to argue with 'u nu have skeels'. Really. Don't. Use. Improper grammar.

Yes, I'm a hypocrite, because I'm horrible at spelling and never check it. And Shadow, I agree, if you spell one tiny piece wrong, and someone yells at you, that's cruel. But don't ignore know grammar... Revenge will spill...

So, Brookeira, please don't ruin your opinion(please say I spelled that right) of me if I spell something wrong. I rather like people having good opinions of me.

So, really. One mistake guys? Give it a break. We're humans. Humans. H-U-M-A-N-S. That literally spells NOT PERFECT. Sorda. Maybe.

(But pssttttt: use spell check. Spell check rules all.)

Spell check doesn't work for me on this website. l use a word document for typing longer things and probably mispell a lot for shorter things 'cause l don't check the spelling.

And do you people see me useing bad grammar? Nope. l'm still useing it even though l don't like the overratedness of it. So there.

That's a great idea! No grammar rules! One problem the spell check on your ipod and iPhone or computer will correct your grammer. :(

Note: If you really really want spellcheck on CB you can install Grammarly... it works for me. It can get annoying though sometimes because most character names like Citali or Shiden (I don't like classic names) are considered misspellings though.

Okay, I am a grammar policewoman— BUT only to myself. Honestly, before giving anything I write to anyone to read I double and triple check my spelling\grammar. When I'm talking to people I often think (Example):

Jane: So yesterday Millie and me went to the movie....

Me: (Thinks) MILLIE AND I.

But, you know, typos happen and it's not good to get after somebody on someplace like the CB: It's easy to mess up your finger placement, believe me! I'm a self taught typer and it took me at least two years to stop typing "hte" instead of "the." Specifically on the CB if someone accidentially does wrong grammar or spelling and it's obviously a mistake, eh. I don't care. But I hate it when a friend tells me, oh, can you read my story\essay\homework assignment, and I look and they have spelled "betray" as "betraie" I just... Meh. Sorry Shadow, I don't exactly embrace bad grammar.

Speaking of bad grammar, Ookz just said uwuz. IT'S "YOU WAS", OOKZ! Captchas. When will they ever learn??
