Yes, it bugs me, too. This one, however, for some reason struck me as funny. Probably because I have had to smell them that way, and it is so gross it make you gag. Anyway, don't worry, I probably won't really even comment on the next. It was very unlike me. And it's not really funny anymore.
My excuse to everything I do that's weird right now, and that I later regret, is this: I have a really bad cold (which I'm thankfully starting to get over) and it's making my brain go out of whack. :)
