April Fools!  I have some great jokes for today!  *evil grin*

1. Put plastic wrap over the toilet seat.
2. Put sugar in the salt, and salt in the sugar.
3. Put something squishy in someone's bed (i.e. spaghetti, worms, Jell-O)
4. Put shaving cream on someone when they're sleeping.
5. Tell someone who lives in a different house from you that there's an emergency and you need them to do something (i.e., drive to the hospital, pronto!).  We (my brother and I, with my grandparent's help) did this to to my nutty uncle once.  We told him over the phone that our Auntie (who lives in Alberta) had just arrived at the airport and forgot to tell us, and that he needed to pick her up.  We only told him "April Fool!" when he was halfway to the airport!!!  Greatest joke ever!!!  (Some practice required for authenticity, though. :)

OK, well, I've been meaning to tell you guys this but... you know. In real life I am actually... a candle. I know, I know, how does a Candle talk and type? But you see, I have a computer that writes out what I SAY, and how I talk is this:

When I was little, I was messing around in the pantry when I noticed this box. So I opened it up (ug, my curiosity!) and saw three candles. They weren't actually birthday candles, they were the real kind. Each of them were made out of golden wax. I was so amazed that I picked one up, and right then - POOF!- I turned into a candle. And I can't become my real self again until I completely melt! So, be nice to all your candles and please melt them today.

ACK!!!!!  I COMPLETELY FORGOT!!!!!!!

Usually I'm totally on top of this sort of stuff, but this year it would have slid right past me if you hadn't brought it up!!  Thanks!!!

(We're having Easter here this year, so we're all in a tizzy trying to clean the house!!!)

One year I did a really good joke.  I was really proud of myself, because I'm not half as quick-witted as my dad, but I even fooled him!!!  More later.

Another time, my brother and I took an empty Otter-Pop wrapper, and filled it with water colored with red food coloring.  When my dad got home, we said "here dad, you want a Pop-ice?"  Well, I bet you can imagine his surprise when he sucked on it expecting one thing, and ending up with water.  :)

That was when I was little, so I can understand if you don't get what's so funny about it.  :)

It's not really snowing here, btw.

Today the April Fool's Ghost was haunting my ballet studio!!

First Kayla's leotard ripped when she put it on, then during stretch time, when we put up the portable bar, it totally fell apart! So when we put it back together, for some reason one part of it had this black oily stuff all over it and it got on Sarah's hands and she didn't notice it and scratched her nose and then she looked at her hands and noticed the black stuff, so she went to the dressing rooms to wash her face but the soap dispenser wasn't working so she didn't have soap, and for the rest of the class, her face was still slightly grayish. It was a really creepy two hours...........

And Sarah told me this story about one of her friends, this girl's birthday is April first, so when she says that it's her birthday, everyone is like, sure, and happy April fool's day to you, too, and I just think that is so sad............

I heard that once there was a girl who was born on April Fool's day, and when she was born, her parents called people to tell them, and no one believed them until the next day!

Yeah, that's what happened to Sarah's friend!

Sad, isn't it?

P.S. Sarah isn't really her name, and Kaylie isn't a real name either.
