Been a vegetarian for years and years . . .
But no way can I give up ice cream and stuff. It doesn't hurt the cows to be milked, on the contrary, it can hurt them not to be milked if they have no calf. But I admire you vegans!
Go, veggies! I have a shirt that says vegetarian before it was cool on it. hee hee.

I've been veggie for about a month now. The other day I saw this shirt that was sort of offensive but sort of funny. It said: Vegetarian: Old Indian word for "bad hunter." Even though it was offending it was actually pretty funny.

Ooh! That's kinda funny, Koffee, I must admit. And poetonearth13, I'd go veggie, except I already can't eat anything with milk, eggs, peanuts, or oranges in them, so I need all the protein (as in meat) I can get, or so my mom says.........................

Oh, I'm used to it, of course! What does milk taste like..............and I'm also VERY allergic to latex, as in, if any part of my skin is exposed to latex, it gets VERY swollen and red and hurts a lot................and pollen makes me throw up....................

People who want to read about the milk industry can do their own research. We don't have the staff or time to check what you said and we can't print information we haven't checked. Sorry.

I don't mean to be disagreeable, Admins, but if you can let Poetonearth13 say it doesn't hurt the cows to be milked, you have to let me say what I think, too. And what about that whole Global Warming debate? There was a lot of information that got posted there. Did you check all that? If you didn't, why do you have to check mine? And if you did, why can't you check mine? And if people are supposed to do their own research, I think making links to sites such as PETA would be in order. Poetonearth13, please Google "PETA" and and look around a bit.

Okay, bro, I was mainly talking about domestically raised cows, like when they're on a farm and named Bessie. I KNOW about PETA and am furious at the meat industry people! Amyway, I drink my milk from a small local farm that raises its cows and is not mass-produced with the milking machines. I am driving all my friends and family crazy with my animal facts, and that I seem to have appeared to be ignorant makes me kinda sad.
