I went to the dentist today.
On a more positive note, I got a haircut.
AAAAAH! I GOT A HAIRCUT!
Before, my hair was midway down my back and full of split ends. Now it is just above my shoulders, neat, and full. It looks different, but really good!
The hair-cutter-lady put my hair into two pigtails...then she snipped them off. My mom claims that my face was pricelessly aghast when she cut the first one!
I'm really happy with my new style. I had been wanting to do this for a long time. (OK, I guess February, when I had the idea, wasn't so long ago, but you know what I mean.)
I have found exactly 4 hairstyles that I can do with my new 'do:
1. Plain. Normal. Nothing.
2. Tiny Ponytail.
3. Even Tinyer Pigtails.
4. Half-Ponytail.
Washing my hair will be so much easier now, as will brushing! It takes four strokes of a brush to get to through my entire head of hair!
Also, I will feel so much more comfortable this summer than I was last year. Oh my goodness, I feel so light and free!

Yay! I recently got my hair little bit above my shoulder, too! I can just barely get it into a ponytail, so I might have to grow it out a bit for my softball season. My hair is super thick, so it is sooooo much easier to take care of. And, another thing I do with my hair is put in one small braid near the front, or french braid tiny pieces back and make kind of a crown. Just some suggestions.

Yeah, short(er) hair is really easy to take care of. I've got it just below my ears, so it's pretty short.

I'll have to try that style! It does sound like a lot of work, though, and requires french-braiding skills (which I barely have).

I cut my hair about two years ago and I've never regretted it! It's so much easier to take care of now, and I think I look better too (although that is a minor addition). Plus, it stops my mom from trying to do elaborate and painful hairstyles on me.

I think I am going to get my hair cut in a bob. WIth my bangs, large glasses, and round face, I'll probably be pretty cute, ^^
If my hair is wet it reaches the small of my back.
