I like Paris too. The majority of my novel is set there. I sort of ignored the minor language barrier. :)

Well, you know how on the last page in DtE there's that thread that everybuggy sees that Clair asked Allison on some ways to learn French?  I guess she just got back. :):)

Oh yeah!  Clair's going (or has she already gone?) to Pairis!  Oh, and just so you know:

Es-que vous parle Anglais?  ("Ess-e-kuh voos par-lez an-glaiz" is the best I can do.  Means "Do you speak English? )
Je parles pas Francais.  ("Jeh parlle ppa Fransais" is, uh . . . yeah.  "I don't speak any French.")
And pardon my spelling 'cuz when it comes to spelling in French . . . I can't. :)

ATTENTION PEOPLE WHO WILL NEVER READ THIS:

This was not a post from Clair....this was a post from me, execpt I do NOT know why I put my name down as Claire B and not Claire E...there is also an older post in which I put my name as "Claire M.".... The m and the b are nowhere near the e on the keyboard, so I couldn't have gotten confused. The reason for this post was because I had gone to Paris the month before.......So yeah.......Well this is embarassing...
