COUNTRIES!!!!

To me, learning about different cultures and different places is fun. So I just wanted to know where our CBers reside!

I'll go:

I'm Japanese, and I live in the U.S. in the state of Florida.

Okaaaay.... I am Australian, my Grandmother on my fathers side is German, and my Grandfather is Hungarian. On my Mothers side, my Grandmother is part Scottish, English and Irish, and my Grandfather is pure Australian...

Ok, so that's it. I just wanted to include that. But ummm... basically I'm Australian. XD

Cool idea, Killm!

I am American (I have no accent and my first language is English)

I am also Hispanic, (From my great grandma, grandma, dad, and uncle)

My grandpa is Norwegian

I was born in Spain and I stayed there until I was one, and then I moved to Illinois until now!

As you can probably tell, I have a very complicated family heritage! :D

Also, I know 4 languages.

English, Spanish (the whole language), French (I am still learning), and Sign Language.

How about you guys??

I am American - both of my parents are from Texas but none of us have the accent. I have only lived in America for a little more than half my life. I lived in Bolivia for 4 years and then Uganda for 2 and a half years and moved back to America halfway through fourth grade (I'm in 8th grade now.) When I moved back people told me they liked my accent, but I didn't think I had one. I love traveling and have been to 4/7 continents. I don't know if I want to go to Antarctica, but Asia and Australia sound awesome. I used to be fluent in Spanish when I lived in Bolivia but then I forgot it all and I'm relearning it along with everyone else in middle school. I also want to learn French, Mandarin, and Swahili.

I'm from Europe, mostly German and Italian, but I've got a lot of other nationalities mixed in too, like Irish, but in very small percentages. I'm living in New York.

Hey y'all! I'm Swummer, Daze's Independent Ego.

(Might I mention I am the first??)

Now, don't y'all go tell tales to Daze about me being here; but Daze is Polish with a bit of German mixed in. Now, folks, this is just heritage. She's lived in the great U.S all her life, although in the summer of 2015 she went to stay with some distant relatives in Poland for 3 months.

She confided to me it was amazing, and the food is delicious too, although HEAVEN HELP THE POOR PERSON TO TRY BREAD SODA!!!!!

I live in the United States, Pennsylvania to be precise. My ancestors come from Sweden, the Ukraine, and basically all of the different places in the United Kingdom :).

I have a pretty complicated heratige:

My Dad's side:

My grandma's grandparents were from The Netherlands

My grandpa's a-large-number-of-greats grandparents came over on the Mayflower

My Mom's side:

My grandma's grandparents were from Poland

My grandpa's mother's mother was from Austria, and my grandpa's father was from Ireland

I speak English(the whole language) and some Polish

I was born in Spain, although I moved back before I could talk. I lived in Massachusetts until I was 2, then moved to Rhode Island, where I live now.

Ok, that was complicated, and I only know that because we had to do a project on our ancestry for social studies in 4th grade. It was fun.

As far back as my family knows, everyone has been born in Russia. I am the first generation of my family to have been born in America. I currently live in Connecticut.

I'm a quarter Dutch, a quarter English, and a little bit of German. I reside in the Midwestern United States, and I don't think I have an accent, but who knows.

Awesome idea! I am a mix of European races, a big one being Irish (and I believe German). Although I am also like 15% Blackfoot and Cherokee, in other words, Native American. And maybe 2% African American. Other than that, I don't know.

And I reside in the Pacific Coast of the United States. I love seeing all these wonderful places!

On my mom's side I'm Jewish, with ancestors from Lithuania and many other Eastern European countries! I'm the third generation in America on her side!

On my dad's side I think I'm Scottish? Netherlands? I don't remember. But we've been in America a good long while. I live in Richmond, Virginia, and there's a road called Monument Avenue, which has a bunch of statues of important people. One of them is related to me! His name's Matthew Fontaine Maury. (No, my last name isn't Maury. He's related by marriage.) It's kind of cool to walk down the street and think, "Hey, I'm related to him!"

There's a hall in UVa named after my family, because my ancestor was the person who convinced the Union not to burn down UVa. There's probably more, but I need to go to sleep.
