Funny things that

Funny things that have really happened! Once my mom was talking to my grandma on the phone and my grandma dropped the phone in the toilet! :D

Sunday night I was walking to the front door to wave goodbye to some friends who, spontaniously, brought us desert, (you've got to love friends with random desert-bringing tendencies who live three blocks away) and I, uh, forgot to pick up my right foot, so I stubbed my left big toe on my own heel. That was, well, really embarrasing. :) And I was in a cabin up at Lake Tahoe on our church's youth retreat and I turned around - straight into a pole. That hurt. It's the kind of thing I do all the time. :P When I was little, I hit things so much that my parents were afraid someone would report them for child abuse (which, btw, wasn't going on in the least. I have the best parents in the world. Almost.) but they figured that if that happened, they'd just let whoever came babysit me for ten minutes. Or five. That would have done the trick. :D

Yah, I was always bumping into things, too.  We had this brick step in our old house, and every time I tried to climb it, I would hit my shins on it!  So, I always had black and blue marks all over my legs!  It hurt!!!!

Emily, I am exactly the same! I am always running into things and tripping over my own toes!

This isn't about me, but at recess one day this person was running backwards, and suddenly decided to turn around and run forwards, but just as he turned around a tree branch hit him on the head.(: S: ):

Yeah, I'm not the only one! Our house is pretty quiet - a bunch of computer geeks and bookworms (and musicians, but I'll conviniently ignore that fact to prove my point) so if you walked into our house in the middle of the afternoon, when we're all doing our own little thing, chances are the first thing you'll hear is me yelping about something I just did to myself. My mom and brother have learned to tune me out. :P

Here's something to do with a toilet:  My mom was cleaning up downstairs and she found a roll of toilet paper.  She went in the bathroom to put it away and threw it in the toilet.  She didn't even notice until she walked out of the bathroom.  And then the same day she said that, "We need to go to toile- target to get some toilet paper.
