Oh no, not another one... these make me sad.  I don't generally go on vacation.  To tell the truth, I've only been on a real vacation once.  When I was eleven we went to Hawaii...  :(  I want to go back.

Huh. Do you know why my post was deleted, Admin? I'm pretty sure there was nothing wrong with it.

 

I don't know. We don't keep records and read a lot of posts. We try not to delete too much, especially nowadays when everybuggy seems to have a pretty good idea of the right tone and content for the Chatterbox. In some cases, we think it may be a computer bug. Other times, somebuggy might innocently bring up a topic or use language that we find less appropriate than they do, or that we know will encourage other, increasingly less appropriate posts. Occasionally we will receive a flurry of odd posts, probably not from regular Chatterboxers, but it raises our security alertness for a time. Sometimes we delete posts that have no real content and that have punctuation and spelling that seem to be imitating the sound effects of a video game and to have no meaning beyond that.

Sound affects?  People do sound affect?  Huh... interesting.

I can't imagine Lena using inappropriate language!  :)   (don't worry, I know they didn't mean you)

Yes, except when I'm accusing you of excellent villiany, plagiarism, and stalkerisms. ;) None of which are either spelled right or actual words. Which makes no sense.

Gosh, Admin. I didn't realize you got so many crazy posts!  

Okay, Mary Jo, I'm going to try reposting the gist of my message: I hope you have a great time. I went to Washington D.C. for the first time since 2001 this March and it was great. The times in 2001 were not so great. Have fun! :)
