Happiness Challenge!

Happiness Challenge!

I'd like to challenge all of you, yes, all of you, to partake in the happiness challenge! It's extremely simple, just post one or more things that make you happy every day!

I'll post mine when this thread shows up <33

Also, @Admins, feel free to participate in this too! :))

The sound of birds chirping in the trees outside my window when I first wake up!

@Shoshannah

Yes, indeed! I think I've put the gel pens thing on there at least a couple times by now!

I'm SO far behind! Oh no!

- buying candy canes today with my friends even though it's early and watching them eat them- now the world smells like late December

- Someone I hardly know offering to let me go through the turnstile with their metrocard because I lost mine (Non-New Yorkers, if you didn't know, a Metrocard allows you to board the subway. I hope I'm not being condescending.)

- someone who I thought didn't care if they hurt me apologizing

- my friend sending me the homework whenever I forget it

- staying after school with my friends to ask my science teacher random questions

- my Mandarin teacher giving us Chinese milk candy on Halloween

- joining sewing club at my school and being the only member who came to one meeting, so I got to sit in a comfy chair at my Health teacher's desk and use a sewing machine for 40 minutes.

- when I look up a word in the dictionary and find it

- doing debate after school when I just write down all my ideas in pompous language in a frenzy

- seeing people decorate each other's lockers for their birthdays

- having tea with biscuits

- watching peopel fall in love

- doodling my friends on notebooks and the fact that my social studies teacher actually is okay with it

- eating greek fries, which are french fries with thyme (or oregano) (or special basil) (or something else, I'm not sure)

- going OUT for lunch with my friends and BUYING stuff- I feel so grown up

- eating on top of rocks

- running a mile in gym under 10 minutes (it's not that good, I know, but I felt good)

- my teacher's clothes - my English teacher once wore a shirt with flamingos, and my Mandarin teacher wore a sweater with pineapples on it today

Burritos! You can't buy happiness but you can buy burritos and that's pretty much the same thing.

My favorite thing in the whole world is the sound of the mail truck when it comes to my house. I just love getting mail!
