Green dragon scale

Green dragon scale pot! I was purging my room of decorations and found a small green pot that I was using to keep broken down paintbrushes in (not an artist, just used them for my buddha boards, and I threw out the paintbrushes). The way the paint forms patterns on the pot makes it look like dragon scales, and it's got different shades of green. Anyways, I need ideas for what to do with the pot, since I already have a lot of plants and need something else to do with it!

Admins, if you have any suggestions please share as well!

That's neat! Here are some random ideas:

-- Keep pens/pencils in it

-- Keep money in it

-- Keep small desk supplies (paper clips, erasers, etc) in it

-- Keep random small treasures in it

-- Drill a hole in it and make it into a fountain (there are tutorials on how to do this online, it's actually not that difficult, unless it's made of glass or something)

Sorry, I can't think of anything more interesting!

Hmm...  a small fountain? Ooh chocolate fountain. Actually, that would probably be unsanitary. Yeah, normal fountain would be better. Regardless, I like the idea of a fountain! Those are all really good ideas.

Ohh, I swear I remember seeing a picture of this... maybe not. Is it a teapot? I thought you showed me a green teapot before xD

ANYWHO... I like the fountain idea! Pond would be nice if it is a big pot (teapot not so much QD)

Also perhaps a miniature compost? If you have lots of plants, then a compost could help a lot! Plus green and green, you know? Nature is green, the pot is green... err, forget it. I'm tired.

Perhaps to hold photographs, memories or something. Like a time capsule that you don't bury, but filled with things that personally mean a lot to you. And a long letter to why I should move to your state and not Hawaii. Sorry, I had to xD

I can't think of anything else super creative, but I'll get back to you if I get more ideas!

(And remember, make it a TARDIS if at all possible! See? I am tired)

Haha, it's not a teapot. I do have a green teapot though. But nope, just a normal small pot. I might post a picture of it later. I might try to do the compost thing as well. My mom is firmly against compost because she thinks it will smell (even though my grandfather has an enourmous garden and does his own composting and it doesn't smell), but I might get her to agree to it. I like the above ground time capsule thing, though most of my things that mean a lot to me are books (and my poor books would probably break if I tried to shove them into that pot). Great ideas, Ashlee, thankyou! I always have too many ideas until I actually need ideas, and then sadly I have none.

Haha okay. TARDIS out of the question? I think so.

Neato! Hopefully you find a great use for it

Oh, and you are welcome! Do not crush your beautiful books! I would cry and have a funeral for them QD
