sorry...

i've been on cb for a while, but i still don't understand some abreviations of words...

can someone explain what AE stands for, what Captcha means

and other stuff i'm probably forgetting.

AE stands for Alter Ego (Latin for other self). On Chatterbox it's a character created to show another side of one's personality. Captcha is the term for the code you're asked to type before submitting a comment. Some people treat it like a character and even give it a nickname.

Ooh, CAPTCHA stands for “Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart”! Though Admin already gave you the information about them that you wanted. This is probably the most impressive acronym I know, other than perhaps Laser, so I just had to show off. 

I knew the letters stand for something, but congratulations to you, coyotedomino, for remembering the words!
