Random Thoughts/Things?

I wasn’t really sure what to call this thread, but I’ve had this idea floating around in my head for awhile now. Basically, anyone can post anything here. Any random thought you have, any random thing that happens to you, any random question that pops into your mind. Have fun, and don’t be afraid to be random.

Last Day of School was today (was a half day)! Ya'll might start seeing a lot more of me (hopefully) now that I will have a little bit more free time!

And, someone please tell me, why would you have the last day of school (at least for me, I know a lot of other places end on different days) be on a Tuesday? Because really, why? Having it end on Friday makes much more sense to me...

Hi Neverseen! Oh my gosh, you're so lucky! I still have a week of school left and I'm kind of at my wit's end :(

Usually that's because of snow days. We've had a couple snow days this year, and we're ending on a Wednesday. Honestly I think they should just schedule school to end on a Wednesday, because you know you're going to get at least 2-3 snow days, if not more. Then, you at least have a chance of getting out on a Friday.

One year we had, like, 10 snow days and we didn't get out til well after the 20th. It was absolutely CRAZY.

You think your school schedule is crazy? I get out on the 27th, which is a Monday. So we get a week of school with Friday as a half day... we get a weekend... and then we get a single half day before getting summer break.

Also, despite only having fourteen or so days left, my English teacher thought it would be the perfect time to switch seats,

I've been eating mush for a week, breakfast, lunch, and dinner because I got braces and my teeth were too sensitive to eat anything else. But they don't hurt anymore and so I was able to eat normal food this morning. Which is good because I was getting really sick of oatmeal, porridge, blended things, and apple sauce.

I also really miss apples. They're my favorite.

You'll still be able to eat sliced apples (once your teeth adjust). Orthodontists forbid eating regular apples whole because when you bite into one, it's possible that your teeth scraping along it could dislodge a bracket. Sliced apples should be fine, though!

I have advice for anybody who needs it.

Remember that you
are human. And humans are not made to bottle up their feelings, forever.
Crying is nowhere near a form of weakness, so don't hide it from your
self, let it all out.

Be kind to your self.- Foxwood
