Collections?

Anyone have any collections!?  I collect snowglobes from different places I go!  I think I have about 30 of them, all from different places.  I love my collection!  I actually just love collecting things from places I go, because I can remember the places I have been!  I also have many started collections, but those never last!!  So??

Oooh! I have alot of collections, too. :D Let's

see, I collect figurines (of all kinds), like R~D~,

I collect souvenirs from places I've went, oh, and

I collect postcards. I have what I call a "postcard

scrapbook", which is a miniature scrapbook that

you put your postcards in (obviously!). And I like

to right on the back of it (where you'd normally

right your letter) and tell about that place. XD

I love to collect things :D

I collect Miniatures. Not tiny glass animals, but small versions of larger things. For instance, I have a tiny violin, a mini etch-a-sketch, an itsy bitsy quarter, and dozens of other tiny things. I have over 40! :)

I love miniatures, too. It's one of my (many) quirks that my friends just have to get used to. :D

I like things like baskets and boxes and bowls. I have maybe two dozen baskets hanging from my ceiling, which I like. I make a lot of things for other people, though, so I use my boxes to wrap them, so there's a constant succession of different boxes going through my dresser. And I sort of collect fairies made out of fake flower petals and beads and wire, except that only two people besides me that I know know how to make them. And dolls that I crochet and make clothes for, but as I'm the only person who makes them, that doesn't count. And books, although I don't think of those as a collection.

Oh, those fairies! I love those! They're Klutz, right? You can get kits to make them, just the other day my Mom dug out an old kit and my sisters and I were making some.

I collect books. Oh, and little animal figurines. Anything else *thinks*... nope, not much. Well... when I was in kindergarten I started a feather collection, but now I think I have enough, and don't bother to take any I find.

I collect tiny glass creatures also. I have a walrus, a hedgehog, a hippo, a snake, two birds, a frog, a ladybug, and something else I can't remember... they are really tiny, like only one inch in diameter. I used to be obsessed with ladybugs when I was little, not so much anymore, so I have tons of ladybug stuff. I also collect coins (european, canadian, icelandic, ancient) , awesome stones, keychains, magnets. We have magnets from Amsterdam, Belgium, lincoln memorial, hot springs in Iceland, Canberra, London, Kent, inauguration, the Met, and New Zealand. For keychains I have New Zealand, Belgium, Iceland, Ghana, Amsterdam, plus more, I think.

No, no, no... You have to start this thread with "COLLECTIONS!!!!!!!!!DOES ANY", okay?? :):) Just kidding you!! :):) "COLLECTIONS!!!!!!!!!DOES ANY" was the first thread that I ever commented on, so it brings back good memories... :):):):) That was where I first met Emily!!!! :D

Anyway, I have many collections, as you may know. I have: the fifty state quater collections (all of them, plus one or two territories, so far). :):) Foriegn money (only a total of ten or something countries, including the Bahamas, the DR, Mexico, Japan, Canada, etc.). :) A whole booklet filled with squished pennies, and another that's not quite full. :):) And, ummm, that's it... I guess I like collecting money. :):):) OH!! I can use the smiley I've never used!!!!!! :D Money mouth Hehehehehe... :):):)

I also have collections of weird things such as soda can tops (a loooong time ago, the library gave me a container to put them in, and then we'll recycle them and donate them to the Ronald McDonald House ((a place for sick kids to stay at the hospital, I think...)) ), and pins. :):):)

I have two collections, but I don't really add new things to either of them anymore. One is Mardi Gras necklaces - I have somewhere around 150. However, none of them were bought in a store: they were all collected from parties and friends and such. I also have a collection of about fifteen foreign flags, all of which were bought in the country they represent.

Looks like I'm the onlt one who collects seahorses (not real sadly).  It started when I went to the zoo and brought home a stuffed seahorse that I named Walter, I named him that out of a book my mother had recently read to me (I was 4).  Later I got Mary and started collecting seahorses.  I wrote a book about Walter when I was 5.
