The raccoons ate

Chatterbox: Down to Earth

The raccoons ate

The raccoons ate all our peaches AGAIN.  Again, they ate all our peaches off our peach tree.  AGAIN.  Last year was the first year peaches grew on the peach tree.  Raccoons ate them.  This year was the second year.  The raccoons ate them AGAIN.  But we will have peaches because one of my friends has a peach tree.  And their peach tree had a LOT of peaches on it.  Many many more than our tree.  Maybe more peaches than we have plums on my plum tree.  And on my plum tree, there are more than a thousand plums.

Ugh. We have the same problem with the

deer that come in our yard. :\ Except what they

eat is usually some of our apples and they

will sometimes get in the vegetable garden and

strawberry garden, too. But they haven't got too

many of the pears, thankfully... And we haven't been

getting peaches for a few years. The tree has some

kind of "disease". *shakes head in frustration*

Raccoons and deer. They might seem cute, but

they are really evil little monsters! *wink, wink* ;)

They are NOT evil monsters. How on Earth would they know not to eat our fruits and vegetables? You can't exactly blame them! They just see food growing.  They're animals; they can't understand the concept of owning entire plants, or growing them yourself.

I'm sorry about it, though.

I know that, Ima. I was just kidding. :) Honestly,

you should be used to my bad sarcasm by now. XP

I know they're not evil. Gosh, my mom practically

considers them pets at this point (not that that's a

good thing). So yeah... :\

Oh, it's okay. I can get the same way sometimes. :)

I know that they don't know not to eat them.  I just want to taste at least one of my peaches before they are all eaten.  :)

Wow, I did a lot of "AGAIN"s.  Sorry, if that annoys some people.

A couple weeks ago, I spent the night at a friend's lake house, where we slept on the top of their dock.  There were raccoons under us in the middle of the night!

Blow your ocarina in their ear, and they can't hear, and they'll disappear. By the way, I'm getting a new ocarina soon! It took a lot of game-selling to get that one... It has like 4 octaves.
