Hello humans, animals, aliens, and CBers alike! I am Cello, and I am pretty sure that I am human. There are doubts deep in my head. Here is a place where you can share funny or random stories. I have a few to share, just to start off.
1. A few weeks before Valentine’s Day, one of my classmates asked my teacher if we were going to have a Valentine’s Day celebration. My teacher stared at the classmate, then asked, “Why would we do that?”
2. At the end of a song that we were playing in orchestra, there was a half note D and an eighth note D connected by a tie. One of my classmates was arguing with the teacher about whether you hold the note or separate them. My teacher said, “It’s just samantics, (person’s name). Ignore it.” My classmate said, “I hate samantics....What are they?” Which made me crack up, but no one else thought it was funny. So.
3. Last year, I named my rental cello Alice. This year, there is a new cellist in the orchestra. Her name is ALICE. And she’s a good friend of mine now. Crazy coincidence!

I went on a scary, terrifying, and everything in between roller coaster called "Shivering Timbers" and that was the last time I ever went on a roller coaster and, I'm terrified of roller coasters, and heights. I'm even scared of going up stairs now!! I am also concerned about my health, because I had thigh surgery and it hurt SO BAD!!!!
I'm so sorry your leg hurts. I've had surgery, and the pain will lessen as you heal. Be sure to follow doctor's orders about any treatment and pain relief. Then take your mind off your leg with a good book or movie. Let us know how you're doing.

what is top exactly?
The first reply to a new thread often sends the thread to a back page. Then a second comment usually brings it back to the front. When you see a comment that says top, it's just someone trying to move a thread to the top of the list of threads.

Ohh, I went on a roller coaster called Shivering Timbers too and I d i d n o t like it at all.. Was it at Michigan's Adventure? If you ever happen to go back there and want to give it another shot, the coaster called the "Big Dipper" is fun and not as horrible. Best wishes for your leg!

@Alizarine I would like to go on a roller coaster, but that ride was SO SCARY, I told myself that I would never go on a roller coaster again, but I'll mention that to my parents. My leg is better now, but my surgery hurt so bad, I felt like I was gonna die! I couldn't take a bath for a couple of days, which is one of my fave things to do, but I'm ok now. I have a scar where they did the surgery though.
