Chatterbox: Down to Earth

Did anyone hear about the flooding in Georgia? Luckily our house didn't flood. But in the corner where we planted our watermelons, there's this deep hole straight down in the corner. One of the roads we use quite alot is being fixed, there was a soccer field to the right of that road, and the day before the bad flooding started, it was already partially flooded! It thundered, lightninged and rained like crazy that night. Nobody slept well. We have a creek in our woods, and it was flowing like crazy. You could see baby trees bent over that indicated where the water had come up. There's this huge fungus growning back in the woods too. It's like a foot hight, and a foot wide. It's light orange and beautiful (I think). It looks like a little fairy combo. Well anyway.
