HI! I love this thread you made. I love cooking a lot too. Some recipes I like to make are Homemade Spagetti, which I use with different flours put it through the spagetti maker to roll it out and then put it through it again to make spagetti pieces. Then I boil some marinara and make some stir fry with vegetables and Wa la. Another meal I like to make is pumpkin muffins. I made it in my Home Ec class and this is the exact ingredient list and instructions.

Pumkin Muffin Ingredients:

1 3/4 cup of all purpose flour

1 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

1/2 tea spoon of ground ginger

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/4 teaspoons of nutmeg

1/4 teaspoons of cloves

1/2 teaspoon of salt

6 tablespoons of butter room temperature

1 1/3 cup of acked light brown sugar

2 large eggs

1 1/2 cups of pumpkin puree

1 teaspoons of Vanilla Extract

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat oven for 350 degrees.

2. Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, salt and baking soda together in seperate bowl.

3. In ANOTHER seperate bowl mix butter, brown sugar ( when putting in pack it down, like a sand castle), eggs then mix

4. Add pumpkin puree and vanilla to the bowl with butter and eggs

5. SLOWLY combine all of the bowls together

6. 3/4 of the muffin pan filled with batter

7. 18 to 22 min. to bake

Thx! See you soon!

PEOPLE

I JUST DISCOVERED THE BEST WAY EVER TO EAT GRANOLA

Just sprinkle it over applesauce and then stir it together! It tastes like crunchy smooth apple cinnamon!

Hey, everyone! AuburnFairy13 and anyone else who is interested in this, I have a recommendation for you. There's this cooking box I used to get called Raddish kids (rad dish- get it?) that basically sends you three or four or something different recipes every month with a different theme. They also send you this cool apron and every month the recipes come with a badge to put on the apron. So some examples or themes might be "Christmas Time" or "Sweden" (those Swedish meatballs were AMAZING) and they come with a cooking tool of the month such as a cute cookie cutter or a spatula. It's really fun and easy to make the food and you learn things too while doing it- no literally! The recipes also have things like "do the math" and "did you know?" Since you like cooking, I thought you'd like it, so let me know if you try it!
