Outside the windows, the permeating chill of Pluto seems to mock the cooling of something that should be warm.

No response. She runs over to her friend and shakes them by the shoulders, but nothing happens.

Oh dear, it seems we have an issue.

I gather up the young body in my arms and disappear into the next carriage.
