Anyone want to start a pet or coding club? For the pet club:
We will talk about pets, share fun facts about pets, and celebrate pets. You can also include animals that are in zoos. I said pets because I can't say zoo animals--there aren't beagles there, are there? LOL :)
To join the pet club, type "pet" into the comments section. The coding club? Type "computer_programming" into the comments section. I will actually start the clubs (and the conversations) once 5 people have joined.
Welcome, GoldenLionTamarin. We pleased to have you join us. We don't post anything in code on Chatterbox or addresses of other sites over which we have no control. It will be OK to just generally discuss coding, but please don't submit anything in code or ask others to do so.

I LUV pets, especially cats! (Probably why my name is Emekittycon Kitten, LOL)
I have bettas (Unfortinualy one died, and one isn't doin' very well...), cats, 2 dogs, and (This is a joke; I'm terrible at jokes...) a pet Lego Velociraptor named Mike Nesmith (After my crush).

I'm sorry, I may not be able to be on the CB that often until next Sunday because I am at a camp which does not allow me to bring my phone or tablet :(

I think it has to do with humans domesticating other animals. In the agricultural revolution, humans began trying to control other species. Pets were wild animals, bred to be more docile for a variety of purposes. For instance, cats hunted rodents.
I *think* this is how.

By the way, GoldenLionTamarin, we should start a new thread to discuss. I think it would be easier if it was titled: Pet club or something.
