back to the Down to Earth

This is a question to any CBer who does this. Why do you call people "lizards"?

Well, it's kind of like a gender-neutral term for "guys". So instead of saying "hey guys" if I was talking to a range of genders, I might instead say "hey lizards". 

At least I think, I don't use the term "lizards" all that much.

Also @Tsuki: YES THAT'S ME TOO! It's party because the library close to be is closed down for repairs and we have to drive quite a distance to the second-closest one but still can't we go to the library just once a month because seriously I'm running out of books to read, people--

I have a question:

 

Why has no one heard of some of the books I read? Also, who else has a hold ready to pick up at the library pretty much every single day?

People probably haven't heard of the books you've read because as of September 9, 2016, there have been 129,864,880 books published.

Oh Pancake you have no idea how much I envy you.

I can't go to the library.  My parents are always, always like "mAyBe NeXt WeEk HoNeY" and I haven't been to the library in months, despite the fact that books are my life.  If it were up to me, I would.

That would be awful! Maybe for your birthday, you could ask to be taken to the library. I have no idea if it would work.

Cold does not exist.

OH WAIT YES THAT MAKES PERFECT SENSE

Cold is not really... a thing, is it?  Cold is the absence of heat.  If there were nothing (but you were somehow able to feel) it would be cold.
