Hehe I only learned about it last week because of Kate Milford (Greenglass House!!)'s site.

But basically what it is is ppl all around the world make little clues and share them with letterboxing communities (usually online) and the clues lead to a hiding place and they hide a little specialized stamp in the place, along with a logbook. Each letterboxer has a special personal stamp for themselves (kinda like a signature Ig) and so they stamp their stamp on the hidden book once they find it to let others know they've been there and they carry their own logbook too, so they stamp the stamp they found there on the their personal book and then leave the stamp for others to find. If that makes sense.

Ik we can't do it here cuz of privacy reasons but I was wondering if anyone does it? I want to, it sounds so cool!! :D

Lol I learned about it on a standardized test article. I used to go letterboxing (or geocaching, which is better in my opinion because you put objects inside inside of just a stamp) but some of them got hard to find.

I've never gone letterboxing, but I definitely have gone geochaching which aparantly is very similar.
