This is a thread about Mythology! My favorite myths are Norse, and I've also noticed many parallels between Norse and other traditions. In fact, I've even started to study Norse myths rigorously and developing a compatible interpretation. (note, myth does not mean it's false).

YES. I LOVE THIS

My personal favorite is Greek (bc that's what I know the most abt), then comes Norse. Most (but not all!) of what I know of mythology is from the Riordanverse (which, ofc, include Percy Jackson's Greek Gods/Heroes), but it was my 3rd grade teacher who got me interested. During class sometimes, she'd tell us different Greek myths, sometimes added er own wit/humor to it, sometimes writing the names of the characters on the board (and often while eating a lemon). Ah, the good ol' days of 3rd grade...

(Inkling says "eoybg" Eos background? Well, Inkling,  you are correct, Eos is a Greek Goddess. And i just you could say background either means minor, which she is, or like scenery, and since she's the goddess of dawn, I guess that's sorta true?)

norse is a solid choice! that's probably my favorite too, although i was really into the gnostic scriptures for a bit. i just think they're neat! :P

I love mythology so much! my favorite is Greek myths, for sure, especially all the gods. I have a ton of them memorized! I love nymphs, sytrs and niaids, as well as anything horse- like.

I would read mythology more, but my dad won't let me. That doesn't stop me from explorin' the Minecraft mythology worlds, though ;) (don't tell him, he doesn't like it when I even CHOOSE a Minecraft mythology skin; I did that one time in front of him, and he went "mythology. huh").
