I am having the worst day ever! I just got taken out of school because of an ortho. appointment. I have to get braces! And also, the guy I USED to like wanted to "ask me something" right after he dumped his girlfriend, so I was kinda freaked out about that. I am glad I don't have to see him again today. And furthermore, recently I reluctantly joined a rather exclusive club for girls only, which no one wants to join but has no choice to, (please don't make me go into that, I must be vague about it for your sake and my sanity) and I scheduled a "meeting".

But anyway, back to the braces thing. Does it hurt like people say it does? And because I had to take a pill that dires my mouth, I had to have an empty stomach, I haven't eaten today.

Today is not going so well. I hope you all are having good days....

Well I must confess I am dying of curiosity about why anyone would have to join a club they didn't want to. I know what you mean about pills and having to not eat though! I hate that!

I had no choice to join this particular club, and most of you will too, eventually.

And the braces aren't as bad as I thought. Sure, things are trickier to eat, and food gets stuck in them, but other than that, I'm getting used to them.

Sorry about the bad day, and the braces.  *gives more cookies* Braces are pretty annoying, but not unbearable.

Right Katie, braces are not bad.  Yes, they hurt when they get tightened, and they can make your mouth sore.  But if you had spacers, they're not much worse than that.  Unless you get rubber bands.  (Grrrr.)  A lot of things hurt in the beginning, but you get used to them.  As you've been able to see.  Anyway, hope your life gets better and NOT worse.  Good luck with this mysterious club... :D
