So, what did

Chatterbox: Down to Earth

So, what did

So, what did ya get for Christmas? I got an HP7 calendar and poster, dark purple nail-polish, Marauder's Map (!!!), some purple socks and shirt, fluffy white hat, Juniper, Wise Child, Colman in HARDBACK, and Christmas pajamas. Our Grandma knitted a pair of slippers for me, each of my sisters, and Mama. Then some friends came over today and gave us each two home-made bead necklaces and bracelet.

Peacing out for now,

Hannah ☺☻ (Admins can answer, too!:))

I got a new John Grisham book, Filagree cologne, foaming hand soap, a beautiful Nativity scene musical snow globe, minestrone soup mix, snow boots I really needed, a National Parks calendar, a jigsaw puzzle, and lots of chocolates. It was also a wonderful gift to have family here for the day and good health for all!

Well..............

A new bookbag, Mockingjay, a watch, Toy Story 3, 2 necklaces, a bracelet, Taylor Swifts Speak Now. Shrek the Final chapter, lots of clothes, a new coat, mittens, lip gloss, a hair straightener, chocolate, popcorn, a $10 Subway giftcard, a $25 Target gift card, $5, $100, and the news that the planters wart on my foot won't have to be removed!!!

@clair:  I really like the song Speak Now.  It's pretty.

I got... a really cute purse and wallet (not matching), a pillowpet (you HAVE heard of them, right? Their a new must-have for kids! :D  Mine's a turtle!) $45 in iTunes giftcards, squirmles (also a new must-have... but not as well known as pillowpets.  Look them up.  They're hilarious.), a 2011 calendar, sneakers, running pants, a Fuego hat, book light, new earbuds, and other little things.  But the best would be my new camerAAAAAA! :)  And the fact that I got to see my BF's new baby sister for the first time was also a wonderful gift.  I absolutely adore newborns.  She slept on me while we watched a movie.  Just precious.

@Clair: Have you read Mockingjay yet?

I got real jade earrings and a bracelet (both from China), fuzzy santa socks, two pairs of jeans, and a lot of other clothes.

Oh, and an ipod touch 4G!! (sadly, I barely have any music since I'm paranoid about costs (most of the songs I like are $1.29 and my parents probably won't download Frostwire)) Oh well. It's still amazing. :-)

A pair of reeeally pretty earrings, iTunes gift card, chocolate, and Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire Ultimate Edition. Between my sister and me, we now have 1, 2, and 4. I think I will purchase PoA myself, because the documentary on that one is about creatures and looks very interesting.

I also love shopping/making things for people, most usually my siblings and parents (I have 7 siblings, so there's plenty for me to do!). Do you guys usually buy something, make something, or buy something and then decorate or add on to it yourself?

Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins, House of Many Ways by DWJ, $175 (I'm putting $100 of it in the bank, but I can do whatever I like with the rest! Most of it will go to books, of course.), a beautiful green box (some of the money came in it and it was so lovely that I'm actually counting it as a present), a bracelet made from recycled newspapers whose proceeds from buying go to helping fight poverty, a picture of a cougar, and my brother and I got the first LotR movie and the entire family got a Wii, and my brother got Wheel of Time books that sound interesting, so I'll end up reading those in addition to my own gifts. Also, I haven't gone to visit my grandparents yet, and they always give their gifts in person whenever possible rather than on Christmas day itself (unless we're visiting them then, which we didn't do this year), so I'll get more; I'll post them when I get them. In addition, my mom ordered 4 large, colorful tardigrade brooches from the Internet, but they haven't arrived yet, and she says she'll buy me headphones and a periodic table of elements (for my wall) and possibly yarn as well, but she didn't get the chance. I normally get more than I did this year, but that's all right...

@Analesia: You got the new ipod nano and a Kindle? Lucky! Oh, and Ugg-like boots that aren't really Uggs are called (where I live anyway) Fuggs. As in Fake UGGS. ;-) (and who would ever have thought that the Ultimate Guide wasn't written by Rick Riordan. I learned something new today!) I feel sort of hyper right now. I'm on a music downloading rampage. :-)
