I found a thread of hers in the back posted in May.  She said she won't be able to come on at all any more, basically.  Though we do miss her absence, we can't be mad at her for having to leave. Just like all the others.  *sighs*

One Question: Why do people leave.. I mean it's not like it's a lot of work to be on chatter box?

@Elizabeth M.  That is such a good question.  I honestly don't know.  For those who go to a public school, I guess I can see it, but for those of us who are homeschooled (the majority of us) it shouldn't be too difficult to get on the computer during your break.  But I know everyone has extra activites and such and maybe they don't want to spend so much time on the computer.  I don't even know.

I think I understand why. I go to a Catholic school and have very little free time betwen sports, homework, friends (though I guss that would count as free time) and trying to finish my novel. Sometimes it is hard to find time.

@ Elizabeth M, I agree that it's not that hard to post at least once or twice a week.  I haven't been very active lately, but if you seaarch the longest period I was gone was 3 or 4 days when my internet connection was down.

If any Chatterboxer is leaving, can they at least try to make an effort to post once a week if possible?  I know they have to have SOME free time when they can post.  Also I'm sorry If I made anybuggy feel bad but really I just miss most of you.  :(

Some of us have lots of homework. Some of us spend too much time on the computer and find that it takes us away from other, more important things (i.e. family, friends, school...) Some people, sadly, get older and get tired of it. There are lots of different reasons, but I absolutely respect anyone's decision to leave, as I have been in that situation myself.

Yeah, sometimes I get busy and don't come on CB for a little bit, but that doesn't mean I've left forever! I think that people should make posts telling everybuggy if they'll be gone for a little bit, but they shouldn't say that they're leaving forever. They can just come back on when they're not so busy or when they feel like it! :) I'm happy, it seems like CB is picking up speed again-lots of new posts, even a few new people! :D
