I think we all know what is going on.

The
earthquake and tsunami was just horrible. The whole situation is scary.
Olive posted a thread about this. And I agree, lets all lift up our
prayers towards Japan. If we are scared all the way in the US, imagin
them! Lost loved ones and friends, neighbors and pets, I cannot imagin
it all!!!!

The situation is horrible. An quake then a tsunami following, then there was the nuclear explosion. I cannot even imagin it all!! So much is going to its really heartbraking, scary, and horrible!

The earthquake is scary enough, then the tsunami followed that, thats even scarier, then the nuclear thing happend, and that made it terrifying. So much is going on, I don't even know what to think!

Well, I must go... :(

G'bye!

Vida, I really don't mean to be rude, I just wanted to say that I don't think it's necessary to have two threads on the exact same thing.  Please don't take this offensively.  I just think it's pointless to have two threads on the same subject.  It could be I think this way because I'm an organizer-freak and I like things to be perfect.  But, anyway, I'm not trying to be mean here.

Yes, yes, I understand Robyn, but sometimes when you comment on a thread someone else posted, sometimes people don't respond. Plus, I didn't see, whose was it???? Olive's thread until like 50 seconds before I submitted this. Sorry...

And I just wanted to say some other stuff. So, don't make a big deal out of it, please!

What do you mean, you didn't see?  Olive made a thread and you commented on it, so you obviously did see... and like I said, I'm not trying to be offensive, and I'm not making this a big deal.  It's just that two threads of the exact same subject at the exact same time, isn't necessary.  Again, I don't mean this in a cruel way.  Just saying.

I have raised $70 dollars for Japan so far already...I have been working hard for it.

Good for you, DawnStar. Thank you. I made a donation, too.

That's amazing, DawnStar!  It's great of you to work hard to help people in need.  I donated at my school, but maybe I should look into doing more.  What's really amazing is that people in China, who used to not be on the best terms with the Japanese, are reaching out, just like the Japanese did during that earthquake in China.  It's amazing how disasters can really bring people together.

You're rigth, Leaf. It reminds me of what Mr. Rogers said about helping young children deal with disasters: "Look for the people who are helping."
