Rosh Hashana is tonight at sundown!
Just if you buggies didn't know I am Jewish and the New Year for us is tonight at sundown! My mother made chicken and potatoes and apple cake for dinner! On the weekend my sister and I are going to make apple cupcakes. Apples because they resemble a good year. Rosh Hashana goes on for a little more than a week, then it is Yom Kippur. I will tell you more about it when it comes around!
Happy New Year, Choco. I'm not Jewish, but I grew up in a Jewish neighborhood, so I know quite a bit about Jewish holidays, customs, and traditions.

HAPPY NEW YEAR, CHOCO! And those cake and cupcakes sound scrumptious. Save me a slice? :P
I'm not Jewish and I don't know much about your customs, but I'm happy to learn! Update as soon as you can! :D

Yayy, HAPPY NEW YEAR CHOCO! Yesterday we didn't have school off (Catholic shools don't do that for Jewish holidays -.-) though a few girls (all girls school) in my class stayed home. What's Rosh Hashanah like? I don't really know much about it, though it sounds pretty cool! :) :)

Happy New Year! (Belated, I know...) Yeah, my school didn't have the day off, like ZB, since it's a Catholic all girls school as well, but some of my friends had the day off. Sounds like you had a wonderful beginning and I hope you have a great rest of Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur! My aunt is Jewish, so I know a little bit about Jewish holidays, but would love to learn more!
