 NaNoWriMo is nearly here!

Sorry I have not been posting for a while! Well I am now and so I wanted to say NaNoWriMo is coming! I am doing the younger one, (not being 13 yet) but I am doing 50,000 words. If anyone wants me as a writing buddy then my username is: pinkpuppy102. I got that name when I signed up for an online game, and I now use it for almost everything (not for the Chatter Box though).

It is. AHHHHH!!! I'm scared. Oh well . . .

I added you, Ashlee! As I said before, I'm on both web sites as Knight of Dawn277, but on YWP it's all put together.

Anyone else scared? You can come cower in the corner with me. XD

STRESS!

Thankfully, soccer season ends November 1st.  And I'm The Penultimate Bookworm on the adult site, and I'm not using my YWP this year.

I'm doing adult NaNoWriMo, but I'm on YWP as well! I'm Anne Shirley101. And yes, I'm getting quite giddy! I'm going to go ahead and do Dehlia Pan for my November novel. I'm just in too deep to do anything else. I'm REALLY excited!!!

So far I have bluemoon7, truemi, KnightofDawn277, and Anne Shirley101. I am also very excited! Does anyone have an outline done yet?

I have most of my novel planned out in detail. . . but that's mostly because I've been doing planning sprints with my friend on NaNo.

I have a lot of my novel planned out, and a pretty good idea of where I'm going with it. I probably won't win because November is a busy month for me with Nutcracker rehearsals and all, but it'll be fun and I'll defiitetly get a lot farther than I did last year.

I have made an outline too. Mine is 13 chapters so far I think. But that is a basic outline. If it is not enough, I will add more chapters while I go along. I wish you all good luck!

Outline? How do you make that?

I don't use an outline, but I get a basic idea in my head. My novel is the Blue/True S. Writing Thread idea, as we never actually got started on my novel.

Well, my mom gave me the idea to start an outline. All I did is took my notebook, wrote a summary, then wrote what I wanted in each chapter. For example:

Chapter 1- (summary of this chapter)

Chapter 2- (summary of this chapter)

And I kept on adding to that like the example above, and I had my outline and summary. I recommend doing something like this to help you know what to write. And if your outline is not big enough when you are writing and you did not reach you goal, then add more chapters.

Hey guys!

I haven't been around me because of school, tennis and Supernatural (season a week), but I'm doing NaNo again this year. I'm not sure I'll finish. Even though we have a lot of days off in November because of Thanksgiving and conferences, teachers tend to think this is a good idea to assign group projects. I don't know why. I'm still deciding between a sort of rewrite of my superhero novel from last year, or the race to find a cure for the apocalypse. I'll probably end up writing this Welcome to Night Vale fanfiction I've been thinking about for a long time.

I'm Dragon.Slayer.SC on the adult one.

@ Ashlee: That is actually a really good idea. I wish I could do that, but I hardly know what's going in my novel. I sort of wing it as I write. I know the beginning, the main idea of the story, and the climax, but that's it. I have no idea how I'll finish it, or what will happen in between.

Does any one have any suggestions for filler? I mean, I've got the basic idea, and the key scenes, but I'm not sure what to put in between. I'm NO good at writing filler, especially for this particular novel. Suggestions?

Well, for me I made some bad and good things to fill it all in. Maybe make smaller events? Like for me, one of my fillers is where the they find a secret area that has more food and a new creature. One of my big events is where one of the sisters is caught by horse hunters, and is forced to help at the horse factory. Her sister goes to save her, but ends up caught also, and is locked up. And... I cannot say what happens next! Anyway, maybe make some bad and good things to happen during the story. I wish you good luck!
