So, I'm writing
So, I'm writing a story about a group of human beings that have their emotions blunted and deadened at an early age and you all know what happens next. One of the characters finds forbidden emotions and it turns all angsty and YA-fiction whatnot. The thing is, I want a broad idea of what emotions people feel, so could you guys do me a favor? Could you say what your emotional reaction is to the words listed below? What does such and such feel like to you? Try to explain it as if you are telling a person who has never witenessed that item or emtion would understand. And if you know where my list of words comes from, shh. Just play along anyway.

Father: Two emotions, one after another.
1. A strong, comforting presense to hold my hand through life
2. A glaring, reprimading presense, standing behind me, pointing out all my mistakes. Mistakes they know I can't fix.
Mother: Strong, worry lines, determiation, a deep sadness.
Wind: Cold, biting, but fresh and full of life. Makes me a little sad, kinda regretful . . .
Water: Cool, refreshing, icy.
Friendship: Two. 1. A cheesy, bitter thing forced upon me 2. (a stronger emotion) A giddy, cheerful emotion I count on the cheer me up
Dream: A swirling light, then darkness. Hope, regret, guilt flashing by, then nothing. Suspended in nothing.
Love: A pain in my heart, burning
Lie: Hurt, sadness guilt. Me.
Pain: Tears hot on my cheeks
Crime: Yelling men, bright lights
Punishment: A hard hand, a yelling voice
You notice most of mine are awful . . . *sigh*

Father: Strong, giudence, love, fun, yet, annoying (Well mine is sometimes), bright yellow.
Mother: Love, school (I'm home-schoold by her), help, held, deep violet.
Wind: Cold, bitter, ice, snow, rain, free, blue.
Water: Helth, calm, relaxed, gray.
Friendship: Love, you peeps, pink.
Dreams: Free, bitter sweet, mugenta.
Love: Love, happness, worm, red, mixed with blue.
Lies: Paine, hot tears stinging my face, blod red.
Pain: Sorrow, whips, stinnging, ice, also blod red.
Crime: Pain, locks, prison, orange.
Punishment: Endless rooms, pain, green.
Evil: Lies, pain, crime, punishment, black and red.
