What is an instant chat?
It's a time announced in advance when an Admin will be posting comments as promptly as possible, so everyone who logs on can get an "instant" reply to each comment.

Exams, exams, exams. Ugh. Plus I've been doing a lot of other stuff lately. My friend and I are working on making a guidebook to our high school in the form of a zine for the new freshman class. I'm also making a site with anti-school/learning/un-homeschool/alternative school resources. I'm obsessively biking and getting into some new bands (Imogen Heap and The Mowgli's rock!). If somebody posted a really cool thread that I could get into, I'd probably be on more :)

I'm usually at the library on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so either of those days are good, probably about 1:30, MST (3:30 Central).

An instant chat sounds like fun!!! :D Um, what day of the week is the 25th? And it would be at 3 p.m. EST, right? Hmm, I can usually log on either in the morning or at night, so this is a toughie. Would it be OK if I did the instant chat for a couple minutes here and there during the hour? I know that's kinda defeating the purpose, but at that time of day, that's about all I can do...
It's Wednesday, June 25, 3 pm Central Daylight Time, which is 2 PM Eastern Daylight Time. Just log on when you can.

Cool, an instant chat--I've never gotten to do one in all my years of CBing! Where will it be held?
One of you can start a new Instant Chat thread if you want. I suggest on Down to Earth. I'll just be posting whatever comments come in on any thread as quickly as possible this Wed., June 25, beginning at 3 pm Central Daylight Time for about an hour or so. It's good to think in advance of topics you'd like to discuss, to make the best use of the time.
