My world is where everyone can bend one of the four elements, fire, water, earth, or air. I am the queen of this kingdom and I live in an ice palace.

Like Avatar? :D Water. Earth. Fire. Air. Long ago, the four nations lived together in harmony. Then, everything changed when the fire nation attacked. Only the Avatar, master of all four elements could stop them. But when the world needed him most, he vanished. A hundred years have past and my brother and I discovered the new Avatar, an airbender named Aang. And although his airbending skills are great, he has a lot to learn before he's ready to save anyone. But I believe Aang can save the world. (daa DA da DA)
Yeah, I got carried away there. I memorized the whole beginning. :P

My world is a forest that is the "wood between worlds" in The Magician's Nephew. That way, you can go to a whole bunch of further worlds, through mine.

My world would be a cave behind a waterfall in a emerald green forest. it would be filled with every animal imaginable.

Hi everybuggy! I just came here on a tip from the Inkwell, and this 100 Cupboards thing looks really cool. So...
A long time ago, there was a planet not so very different from Earth. But it fell into a world war so devastating that colossal chunks of rock and soil flew into the sky from the force of the explosions- and stayed there. All the plants and animals died, save the ones being cultivated in the few safe places. The very ground became so acidic that anything in prolonged contact with it slowly eroded away. Finally, even those few safe places were being overwhelmed. So the people built ships that sailed on air, and colonized the floating islands which had, fortunately, escaped the same fate as the rest of the world. By that time they had learned their lesson about war, and now live a medieval sort of life several miles above the ground in their floating cities.
Does that sound like a good idea to you? (I know, I know, it's a copy of Meridian, but that world just seemed too awesome to pass up.)

My world is on the coast of an ocean. It is very misty in spring, winter, and fall, but VERY hot in spring, sort of like the Nile. Deserts become grassy plains , almost overnight .
