Aela-

It's night and there are 3 immortals in this room.  One is floating in the air, and one is glaring at me. I growl. My leaf-green eyes burn. She barks( * translation: we will get out tonight.) I bark back and I bend the bars. I climb though and do the same to the other two cells. Jay breaks a window and waits for me outside. The other one drops through the floor. I jump out the window. "What pack," I say.

"Um . . . ," she barks.

"Join solar dawnguard. It's the richest," I say.

"My dad would not be happy about it...," she says.

" Well follow me if you're joining," I say, leaping into the woods and transforming into my wolf (animal) form. The next alpha, Crimsonecho. I howl and run deep into the forest not paying attention to jay one bit.

~Iyla~

I am walking in the forest, glad for the seclusion. My wings are ruffled by the breeze as I step over the log. I almost step on the tiny baby, lying silent and still on the ground, almost as if dead. I lean down and pick her up, then feel her pulse. Her breathes are shallow and fast, so I wrap her tighter and hurry to build a fire. Once I have the fire started, I leave her and gather herbs. I find a thick root and twist it tightly. I smear it with an herby paste and have the baby suck on it. It would be better if it was wetter, but it is the best I can do.

Soon, she wakes. "Grughhlle, " she gurgles. I smile down at her, then ask, " Where are you from, little one ?"

"D-d-d-Dawguar, " she sttutters, in her lisping, broken baby-talk. Dawnguard ? She's . . . She's a WEREWOLF ??

Jay~

I follow Aela despite what I know is going to happen. Aela breaks into a sprint, and I try to leap after her. I lift my head up, watching the sky turn into night. My teeth grow slightly longer, and I feel myself beginning to transform into an actual werewolf. I howl, watching my body grow and my claws sharpen. Aela turns her head, and I notice a bit of fear in her eyes. I turn around and gasp.

Venenz walks toward me, his eyes glimmering red. I watch his claw-like hand reach toward me, and I howl in fright.

"Finally... you are a monster... Thank you, Aela." Venenz smiles evily toward Aela, and even she whimpers in fear.

"What... What are you going to do with me?" I ask, whimpering.

"Oh, leave you to your own life. I always wanted to get rid of you," Venenz said, looking at me and chuckling. "You can stay in the forest and feast on the people of here." I whimpered even more for disgust.

Aela-

I growl baring my teeth, ears flattened against my head.  "Leave," I say in a language only monsters and myths know.

His eyes gleam with a victorious look. He hisses and leaves in a cloud of dust.

"Who was that?" I bark at Jay and she backs up.

"My dad," she wimpers.

" Yu were born to the ice blood pack?!" I growl.

"Yes? No? I don't know! This is new!" she says glancing around.

"Pack meeting starts soon. Let's go."

Running into a stone chasm, the pack camp, I hear whispers of "An ice blood? What is Crimsonecho thinking?!" And "Who is she?"

"Jerks," I mutter. I run up to the alpha ledge and sit next to my step parents. The soon to be, not leaders of the pack. Jay takes a seat in the crowd.

" Crimsonecho, an ice blood?" he growls in a low whisper in my ear.

"She did not know and I did not either, so her test will be against me. Got it," I hiss in his ears.

"Let the meeting begin!" he yells. "We have a newcomer," he announces. "Welcome, Jay. Now for her test," he howls. He nods at me and I do the tradition. The next alpha fights the newcomer and if the newcomer wins they are the next alpha. I leap at her and she side steps me only to jump and bite my scruff. I whip her around and pin her.

"Enough! " the leader yells as I let go of grip. "She has been tested . And she will stay. She is not a twilight ice blood like her father, but now a solar dawnguard like us!" he yells.

.:Storm:.

"Wakey-wakey, eggs and bac-y!" a peppy voice cheered as a hand grabbed my shoulder and shook it gently.

"Go away, Sun," I mumbled incoherently, pulling my pillow over my head and shutting my eyes tightly.

"Come onnnnn," Sun pestered. "You have to get up for the Feather Ceremony!"

"Oh, that's today?" I replied. "Fabulous, I can hardly wait."

"Mom says be down in five," Sun announced, ignoring my comment, and waltzed out of my bedroom, sashaying down the stairwell.

I groaned, rolled out of bed, and absent-mindedly yanked on the white gown Mom had given me last night. Ew. Dresses.

"Stormmmmm!" Dad hollered from downstairs. "You're gonna be laaaaaaaaaaaate!"

I promptly picked up the pillow I'd abandoned on my bed, stuffed my face into it, and screamed.

When I was done, I drew in a deep breath and exhaled gradually.

"Coming!" I called, tripping down the stairs.

Sun appeared, clad in a matching white gown, a piece of toast in her mouth. She smiled at me. I scowled at her.

"You look lovely, Storm," Mom commented, rushing past me in an effort to get out the door on time.

"Gross." I followed her, unfolded my wings, sped out the door, and took off with the rest of my family.

"It'll be about a two-minute flight," Dad yelled, flapping his wings excitedly.

I soared past, Sun attempting to catch up with me.

"Get ready to land!" Mom warned, and we slowly dropped down effortlessly to the ground - just in time for the Feather Ceremony. The Head Angel was already speaking.

"We are gathered here today in honor of Rain, the little angel you all know and love. Ten years ago today she perished from this sky as a young child, after one of her feathers was stolen by the, um." He cleared his throat, swiping at one of his watery blue eyes. "Um, the Unspeakable Girl." I rolled my eyes at the common nickname they had given the - what was it called? Elf? - who had apparently killed Rain. It wasn't that hard to say a name. Sheesh.

As the Head Angel continued with his voice-crackly speech, I tuned him out, finding myself daydreaming of this...this Unspeakable Girl.

Name: Ari Flo

Myth: yes, he can control water

Age: 19

Appearance: human, black hair with very thin gray lines that's cut to the top of his nose, blue eyes deeper than the ocean, tall, can move around quickly

Personality: go-with-the-flow, quiet, relaxed, funny when happy

Backstory:

His mother died when he was very young, and his father was too depressed, so he left him out in the woods near a pond to die. He sobbed, tears landing against the water. Just then a water nymph appeared.

"What's the matter?" she asked.

"My father left me because my mother died, and I need someone to take care of me, otherwise, I'll perish and die out here."

"You look desperate, so I will heal you of your stress." She took some water in her hands and pressed it upon Ari's back. "Because of this, you will have the power to control water. But if your back is injured badly, the power will fade gradually, and you will be stressed once again."

She disappeared instantly.

Name: Redcap

Myth (yes/no): Yes. She's one of the legendary Gloomwood Runners, who are horseback messengers with famous speed and reliability, even riding through the most dangerous forest in the land. They are the only ones brave enough to live in Gloomwood, except for the native werewolves, specters, etc. which are the main reason that Gloomwood is so dangerous. Any Gloomwood Runner must be strong, witty, and fast on his/her feet, as well as have a small bit of magic. Redcap is no exception.

Age: 15

Appearance: Average height, with a short shock of red hair and bright green eyes. Is never seen without her scarlet hooded cloak and some sort of hidden weapon. Often wears leather armor, but will occasionally wear a dress. Has pale skin from living under trees all the time, and plenty of scars from near brushes with all manner of sharp objects.

Personality: Spunky and fearless to the utmost. She lives for adventure, especially while on the job as a Runner. She perceives running messages as her life's duty, and would likely sacrifice herself if it meant that a message could get through. She doesn't so much get happy has she gets excited, but when she gets sad, she is prone to wallowing in bitterness as she remembers how she felt about her grandmother's death.

Backstory: Redcap's grandmother was a Runner before her, but Redcap's mother left the forest to marry her father. She then died birthing Redcap, who was originally named Rosemary for the herb of mourning and remembrance. As a child, Rosemary was drawn to Gloomwood, often braving it on foot to deliver supplies to her grandmother, who was getting on in years. On one such visit, she came to her grandmother's cottage to find her dead, halfway consumed by a starving werewolf. Using an ax she found on the wall, Rosemary slew the werewolf, then buried her grandmother's remains in the back garden and laid a sprig of rosemary on the grave. In so doing, she renounced the name. Another Runner, Old Jake, found the girl who had once been Rosemary in the cottage, half-mad with grief. Old Jake took her in, and gave her the name Redcap. It was originally for her carrot-red hair, but came to be for her favorite red cloak instead. Old Jake trained Redcap as a Runner, and gave her her horse, Comet. Now 15, Redcap has been a full-fledged Runner for two years.

The place where this all is happening could be Gloomwood. Jay's father could live right on the edge of it. Just a suggestion??

Right when I heard forest, I was like, "Yes! The forest! The forest where everything is happening!" Yeah. I think Gloomwood should be the forest.

Frost pulled her hair back, irritated at the strands that kept brushing her face. Her sister, Chyll, came bouncing around the corner. Chyll was twelve years old. Her, eyes, instead of being icy green or blue, were golden because of the angelfeather in her blood.

Chyll also had tanned skin, and looked not at all like a frost elf except for her white-blonde hair. She wore a yellow cape that Frost didn't have the heart to tell her would probably be visible for miles.

Suddenly a man walked into the clearing. He was a human; he had no defining traits of a Fae.

The man smiled. "I noticed your... sister. She is quite..." he smiled and Frost grabbed Chyll's shivering, scared hand.

"I'm sorry, but I'd have to meet you before I..."

The man lunged for Chyll and Frost caged him in ice. "Hey!" he screamed, "There's a Mystic girl! Here! Over 'ere!"

Frost grabbed Chyll's hand and ran as what seemed like an angel dropped out of the sky.....

Aela-

The pack in silence. We all prick our ears. The sound of ice spells fill the forest, along with the beat of angel wings and a hunters  scream. I race up the chasm and everybody gasps. My paws sound like thunder. I find a young Druid, and mystic hunters. I bare my fangs and growl. The hunter runs off yelling.

"You two should not be here," I say. "This is solar dawnguard's territory."

"Yes I know," the oldest says. "Neither are you."

"The mist is stronger with the wolves than the Druids and elves," I state. The sound of angel wings becomes louder as we speak.

Just then an angel named Storm ( I know her name because she spoke at a mystic meeting once) swoops down and scoops up the golden-eyed youngling and disapoears before we can speak a word.

"Curse you angels!!" she yells into the night

"She will be fine! The angels are the most trust-" I protest.

"They want revenge! And they won't get it. But I will get my sis back."

I have a question. Is all of dawnguard werewolves?

Jay~

I back away, snarling slightly. The druid looks at me, and screams.

"You are related to Venenz, the leader of ice blood! Go away, you foul thing!" the druid screeches, looking at me wildly. I growl, raising my paws fiercely.

"Go away, druid. Jay is now a dawnguard, unlike her father. Leave." Aela barks, her eyes gleaming. The druid backs away, and then turns around and runs. Aela sighs with relief.

"We must have a meeting with all the Mystics soon. We mustn't fight," Aela's father growls.

I think I'm getting all this pack stuff. So, there are two main packs. Dawnguard and Ice blood. All the monsters live in there. Dawn is good, ice is bad. But they are still all monsters (Vampires, werewolves, ect. Dawnguard must be mainly werewolves, i guess.). All the goodie goodies (Angels, druids, ect.) live separately. Every once in a while, all the packs and stuff meet together. They must be all called mystics, I guess. And there are also some people who are by themselves.

****

I think I brought all the stuff together so it makes a bit more sense.

I levitate water out of a near by stream, creating wings for myself out of it. I chase the angel into the sky; my sister leaves a very obvious blue-golden trail. I send a bolt of ice whooshing by her, enough to startle her to drop Chyll but not to hurt. "That was a warning!" she said, catching Chyll and dropping to the ground. The angel-this, Storm- turned around, scowling.

"Why did you kill a baby angel?" Storm shouted.

Frost looked shocked. "Kill?" she said, "But all I did was take a small feather from it!"
