Okay. I hope I explain this right.
This isn't total magic. It's not like, you know, "By day, she is an ordinary schoolgirl. By night she is... RATWOMAN!" or something like that. It's more like an eerie type of subtle magic, like the Mist from HOO.
So basically, you can either be someone who can detect that magic, or you can be a controller of magic yourself. Or you can be a normal person who gets tangled up in the mess.
Just one thing: Excluding me, there can only be four more magic- bearers... they're really rare, you see.

The sheet and my charrie:
Name: Hillary Johnston
Age: 12
Gender: F
Appearance: Short black hair and hazel eyes. Kind of short, but she looks taller because of this big, ratty old coat she always wears draped over her.
Personality: Quiet, myseterious...
Backstory: Her whole family is kind of "strange". They're the kind of people that the neightborhood kids would go to to spy on.
Power (if owned): Her coat is magical. First, it's self-insulated and keeps you at the same temperature. And also, it has lots of invisible pockets. These pockets are very, very large on the inside. It also weighs nothing, no matter what you put in the pockets. The people who can see the magic see her pockets.

Name: Faye Ambora
Age: 13
Appearance: Long strawberry blonde hair that is usally in a side braid, blue eyes, freckles. She has a pair of of black dragon-like wings that she wears in a way that makes them look like a cloak.
Personality: Quiet at first. When you get to know her she can be very outgoing and happy-go-lucky.
Backstory: She is rejected by all, mostly because of her 'cloak.' She has revealed them to no one. She is an orphan, all she knows about her past is that one of her parents was a dragon digused as a human.
Power: (I hope you will let this slide.) She is more like a power giver, because it takes strength and energy to use magic (I'm assuming). Magic users can drain power from Faye if they are making physical contact. It is a weakness, but could be used as a strength. She doesn't even know she has it.

Name: Azure "Azu" Ski Smith
Age: 13
Gender: F
Appearance: Electric blue eyes, tan skin. She has a freckle just to the right of her nose. Her hair is a dark chocolatey color and it is ussually pulled back in a tight ponytail.
Personality: She doesn't care what people think about her and is very outgoing and funny.
Backstory: Her family is kind of hippy. That's why her name is so irregular. They are always talking about finding yourself and stuff like that. They bring her on lots of trips (France, Belguim, Africa, Greece, ect.) and homeschool her. They have decided that she needs to know how to do fencing more than math so her math circulum has slipped but she does know how to use a sword.
NO POWER but she can see other people's powers because of her parents.

Gender: F
Appearance: blue eyes, black hair she dyed purplish blue, pale skin, wears jeans and a leather jacket
Personality: mysterious, is extremely loyal and friendly to the few close friends she has, can intimidate people or shut them up by a single piercing look (NOT a magic power by the way) she is respected yet sometimes feared
Backstory: her father left her before she could remember, her mother abandoned her at the age of seven and Amethyst got the news that she supposedly died, she doesn't know it, but she has a twin siter with an opposite personality
Power: she can freeze, levitate, move, and control objects without touching them. she has a cloak of invisibility, she sometimes have dreams of things that will happen in the future

Age: the same age as Amethyst Black
Gender: F
appearance: wavy black hair, brown eyes with an rim of pale blue, freckles, dimples, usually wears sandals and casual clothes like t-shirts and shorts
Personality: friends with everyone, super perky, bubbly, glass half-full kind of person, when she's mad, she doesn't make a lot of sense she just yells, not very intimidating, a little dumb sometimes and sometimes makes rash decisions
Backstory: she has no idea she is the long-lost sister of Amethyst Black, her father abandoned her before she could remember, then was abandoned at a much earlier age than Amethyst, so she knows nothing of her past or her parents, was at the orphanage for a while until she was adopted by Miss Mary Caldwell, she lives a happy life
She has no powers though she can see people who can, did not inherit magic like her sister did.

Actually, I think there should be a difference between owning a magical object and being magic.
The magic bearers should be people who actually have magic, not just own a magical item.
If you dont count the magic-owing people and the magic giver, we already have four magic bearers: Amethyst, Sonori, Devon, and Katy
It is more fair if we don't count magic item owners and magic sensers.
