Okay, so to be in this rp, you have to have watched episodes one, two, three, and four of season one and have watched epidsode nineteen, because those introduce the characters and episode nineteen (Dreamscaperers) introduces Bill.
PLOT
Six kids are going to Gravity Falls for the summer, and they are not all that they seem. One is a monster huntress (MOI) who has a grudge against Bill. One is working for the demon himself. One is a creature frm Gravity Falls (I'm thinking a vampire) that is being sent back. The other three? Um... one of them once stuck gum in someone's hair. And, uh, one of them really likes cheesy pop music. And one of them ate a cookie that they dropped on the floor.
So, the last three are totally innocent.
They're going to be stuck in this mess anyway.
We are starting during episode nineteen of season one.
Name: Mari (short for Marina) Eldritch
Age: 12
Gender: F
Personality: Bold, swift, very smart, perceptive, clever, and sly. A bit irritable.
Secrets (yes, no, and if so, what): She's the last monster huntress in a long line, and she wants to rid Gravity Falls of darkness... especially of a certain triangle.
Nickname: Bill Cipher calls her Fishy (she's slippery, hard to trace, and swims well), and of course people call her Mari.
Appearance: Light blonde hair with shocks of bright blue, sea green eyes, pale but never tans or burns.
Other: Has dream/mind-scapey powers like telekinesis and telepathy and can enter some people's minds. Bill likes her and wants to train her ("If you'd just stop trying to kill me!").

I guess we can start. I'll do a short post to kick things off.
Mari-
The man behind the counter appraises us as we come in. Suddenly he smiles and his eyes turn the cat-like yellow of a Bill possessee.
I unsheath my dagger.
Hello, darkness, my old friend.
I tell the others to run but they are rooted to the spot.
I've come to talk with you again.
I suddenly realize I can't see anyone's face, and one walks to join Bill.
Because a vision softly creeping...
I run at the traitor, but Bill throws a flare of light at me and I fall.
Left its seeds while I was sleeping...
I wake up in a cold sweat. The tattoo on my arm burns with the words "TRUST NO ONE."
The others are still asleep. These inn beds are surprisingly warm.
I stand up and wash my face, when I notice one more new thing about my enchanted tattoo: it's pointing to a tourist trap on the edge of town.
Mystery Hack? No, Mystery Shack. One of the letters fell.

Lucas-
i run to Bills side. Mari unsheathes her dagger. Two kids come flying down the stairs.
" What the-" one with a pine tree hat sais
" ummmmmmm......" the other one says, wide eyed
" this is funny" says mari " Bill, go away before this gets bad." Bill laughs and leaves. the lights flicker back one and Mari eyes me.
" WHAT WAS THAT ABOUT?" she screams "THE CHANTING AND CANDLES?"
" he had some kind of influence over me.'' i lie. Her eyes narrow and she stomps forwrd. she holds her dagger to my neck.
" dont let it happen again." she growls. she slowly takes the dagger off my neck. she sheaths it and walks over to the two kids. " you seen nothing." she growls. they step back and run back upstairs.
i pay my pockets. i staill have the map. the gibberish map. something on my hand starts to burn. i look down and see a traingle with a slit where bills eye would be on my hand. it looks like somebody cut it into my hand. i guess its what bill calls a " exeptance mark" . i place my hand over it. Callisa tosses me an ace bandage.
" you okay?' she asks
" yeah." i say. i wrap the bandage around my hand.
mari turns around and glares at me then starts writing in her journal she keeps on all supernatral stuff. i grunt. she has more info on bill then she should.
we are close. so close to the Galixie Orb. then power will be ours. forever.

Um, Maple? I don't think you read my whole post. That sequence with Bill was a nightmare I just had. I'm going to ignore your comment, sorry.
From the POV of Bill Cipher-
I poof into existence above the kid's beds.
"Heya, Darts, Runaway, Sneaky, Ice Eyes, Blue Fish," (OOC: I changed their nicknames just a bit, because there were a bunch of -y names. Also, it doesn't make sense that Bill would call Olive J so he calls her Runaway. @Maple: If you dislike Ice Eyes, I'll change it back.) I practically yell.
The not-paranormally gifted kids scream, Lucas looks shocked to see me, and Mari growls.
"Hello, darkness, my old friend," I say, "I've come to talk with you again."
"You were the one who was messing with my dreams! How did you get through my Mindscape?" Mari yells.
"Kid, you weren't paying attention, and I'm the Master of the Mind! With you asleep, your booby traps were easily passed!" I yell. Well, actually, that one almost got me... nevermind.
"What is going on here?" yells Darts. Just like her, to Dart into danger and shove her head onto the chopping block. Runaway tries to calm her, looking scared, and Sneaky just looks plain confused.
"Yeah, hello, kids. I've gotta go. REMEMBER! POTATOESAREANILLUSIONFROSTYSAREHOLOGRAMSBUYSILVER BYYYYYYYYEEEEEE!"

I puff, staring at Mari.
"What. The Heck. WAS THAT?" I practically yell, still glaring at Mari. Mari sighs.
"It's time I tell everyone who I am, and who he was." She shoves down her shirt sleeve, covering some sort of tattoo. "That yellow triangle demon... is Bill Cipher."
Why does that ring a bell?
"He can go into a person's mind, and... and... Control it, destroy it, be it, whatever!" Mari looks down. "And I am a monster hunter, trying to... to kill Bill."
Bill... Did he kill my parents? Was he the one to make them disappear suddenly in Gravity Falls, and the reason I now live with my grandparents? I stuff my hand into my pocket, clutching the page tightly. The page.. the page of some journal... Book....
It has all these symbols, and a triangle... So many triangles...
And a few words.
You can't trust Bill... and you can't trust... Anyone... TRUST NO ONE.
I must find him.
The last four words were in my dad's handwriting. It makes sense now... He must have tried to stop Bill...
"So... this triangle demon yellow thing... who called me Darts ... We must kill him." I look at Mari. "We must, shouldn't we?"
"....Yes...But one thing...."

I sink into my bed deeper. Bill knows I'm sneaky. I'm Sneaky. I think about what I could do. I know, I know, I'm being a coward, but I can't help it. I notice how long the blankets are and slide my feet down to the floor. I end up in a tight elow stand and slip myself under the bed. Great. You didn't see anything. I was never here. I look around the floor under the bed. "You can't hide from the Cipher" was carved into the floor and a diary was next to it. I picked up the book and see red stains on the front. Blood. I pull a bobby pin out of my hair (I keep about 15 in there) to pick the lock. It opens quickly, as I'm a master at locks, and the pages are written in a light cursive. "If you're reading this I'm dead. He has attacked. I know nowhere to run. Don't trust his trickery. The cursed journals were the first step, but he wants more. Bill is stronger but he still will give in if-" The pages were stained with more blood from that point on and it was obvious what happened. I peeked under the blanket. Oh no.

Calissa screams. I dart under the bed with her where I find her clutching a journal that appears to be covered in blood. Wait a second...
I grab the book out of her hands, and, praying that I'm not about to make a disgusting mistake, I taste some of the "blood."
There are "EEEEWW"s from most of the bunkers, but I come up shaking m head with a mirthless smile on my face. "Strawberry jam," I say, "he almost fooled us with strawberry jam."
I discreetly look at my enchanted tattoo, which by now glows a deep blue (IMPORTANT).
"Why don't we take a trip to that shop over there?" I ask.

Sandy- I wade around in the lake! I wish I could join in with my friends adventures but I cannot live without water. I swam into the deeps of the likes and saw my friend Mermando and his wife the queen of the manatees. She made a cute little hello manatee noise. Mermando also said hello. I continued on. No one was around me but I felt like I was being watched. I quietly whispered, "I wish I could hang out with my friends out of the water." Then a loud voice said, "I THINK I KNOW A GUY." I turned around and saw Bill in a scuba outfit. He looked adorable in it ! He said, "I CAN TURN YOU INTO A Kid!" I said, "For what? IF YOU LET ME SEE THE REAl WORLD MRS.FISH GIRL MUTANT!" I asked if he would use my body for it. He said NO. I heard not do deals with Bill but I knew this is my only opportunity to hang out with my friends out of water. I said yes and the transformation began!

Bill's POV-
I spin my hand with a flourish. The magic that inherently gives mermaids' tails their strength flows out from her tail and what was once her tail is now legs. I laugh as I reverse the flow of her tail's mer-magic and make it humanoid. I encompass my hands in the soft glow of the now-humanoid magic and place my hands over my heart.
Woof. Poof. Pabracadabra. I'm a human. Gold hair, black highlights, yellow tailcoat with brick pattern, triangle eyepatch. And of course, the bowtie and top hat. Tally ho, my bowtie and top hat!
Oh, and I'm the one with snorkeling gear. Ha.
The girl suddenly realizes that she can't breathe and tries to claw her way to the surface. I laugh.
"Sorry, Mutant," I yell, "but I've been around for Thousands of years! And I know..."
I swim flawlessly a few feet above her.
"...how to swim as a human."
I send a blast of power below me and launch myself out of the water.
"Oh," I call telepathically to her, "and I'm glad you think I'm cute."
I vanish.
Mari's POV-
I lean forward and gasp. My tattoo glows black (DANGER). "We have to go," I tell the others.
We pack our bags and head for the Mystery Shack.
A boy in a blue hat opens the door. "Uh hi," he says, "I'm Dipper."
"Have you seen anything weird in this town?" I ask.
He nods happily. "Oh! Yes! I-"
"Good. Bill's back."
Someone comes out of the lake.

I run inside first.
(Note he does have the mark on his hand & it is bandaged.)
My mark starts glowing. Through the bandage a bright blue light shone. I growl in annoyance. Blue means a choice. Crossroads. Yay. Fun.
We hustle to the counter.
"I'm Dipper," a boy says. He glances at my glowing hand and gapes and says, "Are.... Are you okay?" Mari glances at my hand and I can tell she is putting something together.
"Yeah, it's nothing," I say, covering it. Mari scowls and looks out the window. Somebody stumbles out of the lake.
Mari grabs my wrist, digging her nails into my skin. I wince and follow her. She shoves me against a wall.
"You act like I don't know what that.... glowing is. It's an Acceptance. You have a choice. You can stop. Or you can leave. Decide. I am not having you endanger my mission or our friends," she growls.
Friends? They're my friends? Well, I guess Liss will be mad. I like her, she likes me. That's going to be hard.
"I'll go. But this? I will get the Sapphire. And when we do, Bill will be all powerful. Watch out." I grit my teeth as I imagine Liss's heartbroken face as I leave. I sprint out of the shack, into the forest, not looking back.
I'm not going to hurt Liss.
