Soooo, my first RP just died before it started. Hopefully this one will be more sucessful? Hopefully?
Anyways, so here's the plot.
Ever since they were born, they have struggled with the Secret. They have known that they will never fit in, never have a normal life, because when they turn sixteen, they will have their curse activated. So, they do everything they can -- isolate themselves, don't talk much, leave their old lives and start anew. But the secret always follows them. The curse always follows them.
And it won't stay hidden forever....
With that bit of gloominess, I shall tell you what will happen. After a fair amount of people join, (5-10, one charrie each please,) we shall have our almost sixteen year olds meet each other, and work together to stop the curse. Oh and on the way, our secret will be spilled! Duh duh DUH!!!

Appearance: Brown, straight, long hair, blue eyes. Fairly tall, and always stands up straight.
Personality: Intelligent and gets upset when she can't solve something. (Cue the frustrated "But there has to be a way!") Shy and aloof because of the secret.
What their curse is: When she turns sixteen, she will become an old hag near death. Pleasent, yes?

Personality: Think Mabel Pines. Optomistic, silly, a little tiny bit immature.
Curse: At 16, she will become a silver statue for all eternity... OR WILL SHE?

Days until 16: 23
Appearance: Bright green eyes and long, black, wavy hair that she always keeps a red headband in. She's mostly normal sized.
Personality: Quiet, and just a little bit shy. A great team person, though, and more of a follower than a leader. Tries not to stand out in a crowd.
Curse: Tantalus. No matter how hard she tries, she can never eat or drink. She can't die, either, unless someone forces her to. (That means she can't starve or die of thirst.)

Name: Mikey Nenke
Days until 16: 5 (Close! So close!
Appearance: Black short hair, gloomy grey blue eyes. Tall, chin is always up.
Personaity: A born leader, always strives for perfection, and is protective of himself. Stubborn and with a harsh temper, will lie his way through situations. A bit of a fun guy to be with, and makes fairly good jokes. However, when alone, he is depressed and dark, and he gets hopeless in bad situations.
Curse: Will become a angry devil like creature that will kill all who are in his path.

Appearance: Violet eyes that change to bright green, bright aquamarine, and bright blue, dark blonde hair, pink tone skin.
Personality: A bit like Mikey, but smooth (VERY VERY SMOOTH) and laid back. She could sell you your shirt right off your back. Cunning and incredibly fast with her fingers. The cool cat of the group.
Curse: She has inherited the Midas touch. So when the curse hits, she'll either have to wear gloves for the rest of her life or might accidentally turn someone into gold. Also, if you barely touched her bare skin (anywhere on her body) you would turn to gold too. She's looking for the Spring of Dionysus, which will remove her curse.

@Danie, I do the exact same thing with my characters! Once, I had everyone in the main charecter's family die, including her, but then I brought her back to life because I kinda liked her. So dramatic...Oh, and get this, the story was called Betrayal.

Name: Hope Frahm
Days untill 16: 30
Appearance: Tall (5' 5"); hip-length, wavy auburn hair; clear blue eyes. Always wears a necklace on a golden chain with her birthstone (aquamarine) in it. She fiddles with the necklace if she is thinking or nervous.
Personality: Nice, but doesn't like large groups of people. Rather smart and she is good at solving riddles. She loves animals and has calming vibe on them.
What her curse is: When she turns 16, she will not be able to speak or touch anyone. If she does touch someone, they will turn to stone.
Other: She lives in the woods in cave which she has fixed up to make a lovely living space.

Ok! Curse time!! The curses are as seriously bad as I thought!
Curse~ When she turns 16, everything she says will be twisted into a terrible lie, and if what she's saying is already a lie, she'll just make assorted animal sounds.

Name~ Eloise Laughlin (Law-flinn)
Days Until 16~ 18
Appearance~ Light, light, light almost white hair that's shoulderlength and very curly. Short for her age. Blue eyes. Glasses. She's sorta-kinda-mostly-over-all pretty.
Personality~ Shy, smart, adventerous, and optimistic, but she's very shy so you don't really learn the last two traits unless you and her are very close.
Curse~ When she turns sixteen.... you know what I'm gonna make another comment later once I've looked at the rest to get some ideas.... See ya then!

My brow furrows as I add the tiniest drop of a mild variety of poison to my vial, making it turn a very light beige. I gather my courage, then drink it down, hoping against hope that this almond-tasting liquid will dispel my curse.
"Trying to break the curse again, are we?" asks a smug voice behind me. I know who it is without turning around.
"Could you leave, please? I'm in the middle of something," I say, annoyed.
"In the middle of failure," Oliver replies. "You know it won't work. The curse is unbreakable."
"You know, sometimes I wish I'd never saved you," I say, but I know he's right. I found Oliver as a toddler near death after being mauled by a wolf. He would never be able to heal on his own, so I made him the robotic parts that are responsible for his life-and his smug intelligence. If he says it won't work, it probably won't.
I heave a frustrated sigh. "There has to be a way, Oliver. Nothing is unsolvable."
