Dwellers rpT

Dwellers rp

This is what this is. Different, small species all live in harmony together with their own leaders, and are referred to as dwellers. Each species has their own rank and responsibility to the Rose Valley kingdom. And in another valley, Thorn Vallye, well you can just tell by the name that they're bad. I only want 7 or 8 people. And only join if you are going to be commited. I hate it when people make a charrie and only right once. 2 charries maximum. Here are the species.

Fairies. Reffered to as air dwellers, the merchants are intelligent and are of the highest class. They are somewhat snobs and are very serious.

Imps. Plant dwellers. Take care of plants. Each imp can turn into a different plant. Their skin tells which plant they can take form as. They second class. Their personalities vary.

Water nymphs, you already know where they dwell. They purify the water. They are calm and collected. They control and breathe under water.  Their color is blue. This is in class order, so I don't have to say their class.

Elves. Tree dwellers. They are the warriors. They are stubborn and strong willed.  Their color is green.

Rock dwellers. They and Grass dwellers (below) are basically mini humans. Rock dwellers take care of the animals. They can speak to and understand animals. They are super kind. Their colors are brown and red.

Grass dwellers. They are the farmers. They are loyal and hard working. They have very strong legs.

Trolls. Swamp dwellers. They do nothing for the valley. They are lazy, but honest.

Sorry this was so long. Some of you probably made it half way before getting bored and stopping. But those of you that made it, good job. My charrie will be posted below.

Okay, sorry. Embarassed

Twinkle~

The door to my room creeked open, and light fluttered into my dark room. "Twinkle get up," my Aunt Mera called. "But Aunt Mera-" "No buts Twinkle, now get ready to go in five minuetes." I grumbled, "Okay." I met my Aunt outside on the dewy grass. "Ready?" she asked. I nod, handling the leafpack on shoulder. She inserts a key into the door, and when she twists it the house starts to shrink. It shrinks until it fits in the palm of her hand. She picks it up and tosses it in her hand basket. Then we are off. She flies overhead, though I run faster than her in the grass. My Aunt is stern but has a good heart. She had beautiful butterfly wings, that were monarch colored. "Twinkle!" Aunt Mera shouts, "Watch out!" I got so lost in my thoughts that I didn't see the thorn bug coming! "AHH!" I start running faster, but the bug swoops from the air. Thorn bugs are known to spit a goo on you that makes it so you can't see. Then it eats you. Fear rattled my bones as it threw it's gloop at me. Time seemed to slow down. Suddenly Aunt Mera pushes me to the floor, blocking the goo from getting on me. "I can't see!" she screams, panic in her usually stern voice. "Help!" I scream, as the thorn bug comes closer. A whoosh of air splices by me, and I open my eyes and realize that we were flying through the air. We land on a tree branch, then I realize even that I wasn't flying; someone had used a vine and saved us! I look up to see a gaggle of girls. Aunt Mera fainted because of all the drama. I stand up. "Thank you for saving us!" She grunts, "I wasn't trying to save you, just that fairy." I look at her and figure out why. Because I'm a Grass Dweller.

Oh, hang on. I have an idea. Can water nymphs have tails? Like, they can merge from tail to leg?

Pearl~
My blue hair merges into the waves that are rushing over me as the sun sets. My head only is poking out of the water as I scan the area around me. Sunset is the most beautiful time of day in the pond.

I can see a shadow of a few people against a large tree, but I take no mind of it. Probably some people playing hero.

But then, over the whisper of the waves, I hear a humming. A humming that my father taught me to avoid completely if I ever heard it. I dive under the water, flicking my tail as I run to the nearest gaggle of nymphs.

"Thorn bugs approaching!" I say to them swiftly. They nod and dive underwater, and I continue spreading the word.

Finally there's only my siblings left. I can see the bugs now; they're flying swiftly over the water, homing straight in on the naive youngesters. I gasp and swim faster, grabbing their tails.

River, my brother, arrives safely under water with me, but my sister's tail is yanked from my grasp. I can only watch with tears filling my eyes as she's flown away.

Fern~

Meleina and I hold on to the fairy and grass dweller. I head over to the grass dweller. "What were you thinking?! Were you trying to get yourselves killed?!" She looks like she might cry. I sigh. "I'm sorry. What are your names? I'm Fern, and this is Meleina." The grass dweller looks up at me. "I'm Twinkle, and this is my aunt, Mera." I feel a deep knot inside. I think it's pity. I don't like it. "You can clean your clothes while I take your aunt to see how long the Thorn bug juice will last." "Thank you thank you thank you tha-" "OKAY! I GET IT!"

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After taking the fairy to the servants and the doctor, I meet Twinkle at the watering fountain. "Your aunt will be blind for two days, but you might be able to stay." She gets a glimmer of hope in her eyes. "But first," glimmer disappears, "We need to talk to my dad."
Urtica~
From my position as a stinging nettle plant on the river bank,  I can get the perfect view of water nymphs being tortured by the thorn bugs. Ah, to bad for them. Not my fault I have to wait it out here and can't help them. Anyway, water dwellers never, ever appealed to me. Neither did grass dwellers, or earth dwellers, or anything with a lower class. Although...I feel a pang of sadness. I can't think about Glaciala, my only ever friend.
When I traveled up north to seek out help for my nation, a long time ago, I met Glaciala, a young hybrid. She was obviously lower class, but there was something about her that intrigued me...something that made me want to be her friend. We had a grand old time for motnths, and I forgot all about getting help...it didn't matter, because when I remembered about them and returned sorrowfully home, they were fine. But they abandoned me...because I didn't find help.
I slide under the thorn bugs, swimming with my tail and quickly seding a blast of ice at the creatures. They hiss and I see a young girl in their midst. Her eyes are full of fear.
I feel one sting my side as I dive in and send out a shockwave, scattering the bugs and corralling the girl. I grab her hand and pull her towards shore.
Her eyes are closed; closed in a way that chills my blood.
"Come on, nymph. You're alright, you only were stung three... no, four... times."
It's a baldfaced lie, she was stung quite a few times, especially on her forehead. She suddenly gasps and awakens. "Sister... still down there!"
Fern~
We enter the meeting hall. It's where the elves in our tree come to tell the leader, AKA, my dad, their problems. My dad's voice bellows through the hall, "What are they doing here?!" I approach him. "They were attacked by a Thorn bug!" His face turns pale. "A thorn bug?....... They still can't stay." "DAD!!!!" "Fine. What's wrong with them?" I turn around and see Twinkle and her aunt passed out on the floor.
Buggy, it's your turn. (This is going to be hilarious X3)
Can I please post...?
Meleina~
When Fern left me to the beautiful trees to seek out her dad, I figured time would pass faster if I went for a swim. Pulling off my fur shawl, I splash into the warm water. A few thorn bugs scatter above the peaceful sky, but I know they can't hurt me. Rather large for a fairy, rather small for an elf, but can still pack quite a punch. Even on an elf, if it hasn't eaten.
Is that a northern elf? Why would one be here? It seems too warm for them, and such a long distance... Perhaps to see a friend, or save one? Maybe. I ease myself finally into the lake, and sigh quietly. Most people don't realize I can be sweet like the Nymphs, or kind like the Rock Dwellers. Blinking in the last rays of sunlight, I listen to the forest sounds near me. I wonder when Fern will come back. It seems such a long time, even in the water.
This day is strange. I see an imp. Why would one be here? Higher classes never go near here. I shrug the question off and continue my diving.
Twinkle~
I slowly follow Fern into the huge tree of the Elf domain. I don't know what it was with her, but she was prickly! My Aunt Mera had woken up, and I quickly explained the situation. Now we were on our way to meet, *gulp*, the Elf guardian. I heard he was quite rude, but my Aunt had never really met him. He looked mean too! He sat high upon a throne made of leaves. He looked down at us. "What are they doing here!?" he bellowed, and I nearly exploded of fear. I look at Aunt Mera; she was blind by the Thorn Bug juice temorarily for two days. Her black hair looked greasy because of the goo. The Elf guardian kept talking. She started swaying. "His voice is like sweet butterfly milk! And as savory as a Mildew drop from sweet grass!~" Panic swarmed through my body; my Aunt NEVER talked like that. She swooned, and fell to the ground, fainted, again. My nerves went off, and my hair stood on all ends, my hands waved in the air like a yellow belly jelly Tarzan's. The movement vibrated my whole body. Fear raised me onto my tipy-toes. My Aunt most CERTAINLY NEVER FAINTED BECAUSE OF SOMEONE'S VOICE!!!! I was stuck in a silent scream, and my body was spazing so hard I saw stars. I fell backwards, and I was finally free of my spazing, crazy, un-contrable body movements. Then black.
Okay, I tried to make it funny as it is. Even so, it's just not as funny as the picture. Sorry. ;
Twinkle's movements looked something like this, only a lot spazzier and terrified.
Sorry, Buggy, no picture is showing.
Urtica--
I see an elf skirt through the water. An elf! In water! So that could mean--snow dweller!
I push the thought out of my mind. Miss Urtica Solida, it's not possible. Oh, but what if it is possible! My heart alm ost bursts with joy at the thought of actually seeing Glaciala. That is not going to happen.
The elf skims by me again.
There is no mistaking those pale green eyes.
I spring back into my natural form.
"Glaciala!"
She looks up. "Urtica? What are you doing here?"
"This is practically in my neighborhood! But you live way up north. What are you doing here?"
"It's a long story. But I'm treating a thorn bug-stung nymph. Talk to you later."
"Fine." I morph back into nettle to comfortably wait.
