Tomboy Club RP!

Chatterbox: Inkwell

Tomboy Club RP!

Tomboy Club RP!

So, my idea is that we are all girls who want to prove that girls are just as good as boys (we're already tomboys) so we create a club called The Tomboy Club, to do this.(Such an original name) We do this by:

~ Playing sports like baseball and football with boys

~ Hanging out with and becoming friends with boys (but not in a lovey mushy way)

~ Not always being the perfect little girls that boys expect us to be

~ Not being overlygirlish (not wearing dresses every day, not being scared of dirt, not "fainting"at the sight of blood.)

~And whatever else we can think of.

We do these things in the first place because we like doing them. We just want to prove our point while doing them.

Then, there will be a group of evil people called: The TABA, or The Terrible And Bad Association, who want to overthrow and take over the government. The government will be looking for boys and men to defeat the TABA, but we apply for the job. They doubt that we'll be able to do anything, but we prove them wrong.

I know it's kind of a random idea, but I hate when people expect boys to be better than girls. Especially with softball and baseball. I feel like they'r saying "here, you're a girl, instead of playing baseball like the boys, you can play softball with a huge ball so that it's easy enough for you." Grrrrrrrrrr....................I'm going to play baseball next year.

So here's the charrie form. All charries are ages 8-15. You can have up to 3 charries if you can handle them. You can make a boy if you want, but it probably won't get to have as big of a part in the story.

I agree! Except, it's more about the geekiness and smartness for me rather than the sports.

Name: Jesse Pen

Age: 14

Group: Girl

Appearance: light brown hair cut in a pixie-cut, light green beanie, dark red glasses, short in height. Usually wears jeans and a sweatshirt covering a t-shirt. Black braces.

Personality: Geeky, smart, the techy in the group. Will lie her way out of situations, and stop the girls from doing anything stupid. A bit sarcastic, and makes practical jokes. She's not as much into sports as the others, but will debate against others to prove that she is better than any other boy.

Other: She's the techy.

For me it's really about anything, I just used sports as an example.

Here are my charries:

Name: Cassandra Jane Harrison (likes to be called C.J.)

Age: 13

Group: Girl

Appearance: Dirty blond hair down to waist, almost always worn in a single braid down her back. Deep, dark, blue eyes, slightly tanned skin, purple braces. Wears mostly blue and green shirts with sweatpants or jeans. Hates dresses. A few inches short for her age.

Personality: smart, especially when it comes to tricky situations, she uses her wits to get out of them, sporty, a bit of a daredevil with boys, can be very aggressive.

Other: Her sister is Jackie

Name: Jackelyne Harrison (likes to be called Jackie)

Age: 10

Group: girl

Appearance: dirty blond hair about 6 inches shorter than C.J.'s, usually in a ponytail, lighter and brighter blue eyes than C.J, freckles on her nose and cheeks, wears any color except pink, and sweatpants or jeans a few inches tall for her age.

Personality: Much like her sister, but less aggressive and super smart in school.

Other: C.J.'s sister. She and C.J. are about the same hieght despite being three years apart. Sounds like me and my brother............

Reading this, I realize that Ed (Edelwiess's nickname) is sort of like Jesse.

So I'm going to change her personality a bit.

Also I messed up: Her age is 12 almost 13.

Personality: smart, rebel, but insanely truthful to everyone but adults. Is the  opposite of Jesse in the fact that even if she knows it's stupid, she takes a risk with it as long as she won't get killed.  Very much into track and field. Great debater, her and Jesse go on and on and drive the rest insane, doesn't change her argument for feelings, doesn't back down, won't change mind without a good arguement to convince her to, can figure out riddles in a snap, a bit bossy, doesn't listen. Is not afraid to get slightly physical, but prefers trickery.

Umm I feel like this is kinda stereotypicalish.. you can be a girl who doesn't wear dresses every day without being a tomboy.

I know. I'm not trying to make this stereotypical, but I know some girls that wear fancy clothes all the time and aren't even close to a tomboy. I'm not trying to make it sound like tomboys don't wear dresses and non tomboys do, so we might as well just forget about that part.

Name: Nicole Riley

Age: 14

Group: If this means gender, then female.

Appearance: Shoulder length honey blonde hair. Blue-green eyes. Freckles. Wears colorful, vintage dresses and skirts. But when doing outdoor-sy stuff, jeans and sweaters. And loves to wear cat eye glasses.

Personality: Optimistic. Kind of girly. She isn't exactly a tomboy, but she isn't completely girly girl. More like, in between. But she still believes in the TC's cause. She is the sweet, rational member. Loves vintage stuff. And light blue. And cats. And polka dots and flowers. Yeeeeah. I know you wanted tomboys, but I thought there needed to be at least one normal girl. But she does play a sport. Archery!

Other: She isn't really a member. More like a follower.

@Buggy- group basically means gender. I was thinking that if someone wanted to, they could have a boy charrie, but I wasn't completely sure how it would work.

@Lindsey R.- Nicole can still be part of the TC even if she isn't a complete tomboy. I was thinking of this not as something where you can't do a single thing that a girl would do, more as something where girls were acting a little more tomboyish than girlish, and they wanted to prove that they were just as good as boys.

Ugggggg...... I feel like I'm making this really confusing, stereotypical, and possibly offensive. Sorry, it's just that this is kind of a hard rp idea to figure out, but I wanted to come up with something different than other ones.

By the way, C.J. and Jackie (my charries) play these sports

C.J.- Baseball, Football, skiing, soccer

Jackie- baseball, basketball, snowboarding

I'm leaving for a camping trip tomorrow afternoon and I'm not sure if I'll be on here at all tomorrow. I get back on Sunday 7/12 and post as soon as possible. Please don't start this without me, I need to make the first post so that I can get the TC together, and then you're free to post whenever you want. Thanks.

I am entirely with you! Also, for some reason, girls and boys can't hang out together without everyone thinking they're dating. This is crazy! I know from experience, I've had FRIENDS who are BOYS (NOT and NEVER boyfriends-- the closest thing was when I pretended to have a crush on this kid in um, second grade?) since kindergarten.

Miki Chang

Age: 11

Group: Girl

Appearance: Crystalline green eyes, black hair in pigtails, likes to wear camo. Braces.

Personality: Two syllables. In. Sane. She does things like the Dissociative Identity Disorder Sugar Packet Challenge and organizing revolutions agains the school district while quoting Fall Out Boy and Vocaloid at the top of her lungs. She is also very smart, but mostly what shows is her radical side.

Other: She is never, EVER squeamish. Ever.
