There are people/dragons who aren't fully human or Dragon. They are a painful sort of mix, meaning they might be partially covered with scales, have horns, but they all have wings. There is no particular government, the people rule and whatever the people want the people get. Unfortunately the people think they are mutants, the dragons think they are mutants, basically everyone thinks that they are mutants. The only time this "mutants" see each other is at this huge meeting that they call the Quo.
They have one quality unique to each one of them. Their flames...(ice, fire, water, shadow, etc)

Age: 12
Appearence: Just entering the really annoying and painfut "growing age" when wings get lots stronger and horns start to grow. Sparkling blue/green wings with scales down her legs and waist so they look like pants. Blonde hair with bluegreen streaks.
Personality: Whatever you do don't talk about her TAIL! It's just a little one with a few horns, but its really annoying and everyone makes fun of her for it. Other than that, Sharina's really very carefree and happy.
Type of Flame: Ice
Sounds really great! I'm not sure how often I'll be able to get on so a slower RP would be nice.

Appearance: Long white-blonde hair, green eyes, white wings and light scales on forehead and arms. Sharp nails like claws. White leather. Fencing sword and dagger.
Type of Flame: It's not flame, it's frost.

However, there is one difference: Frost is a mist-like substance when it comes out of Frost's mouth,and ice is already in shard form.

Appearance: Back and arms are covered in golden scales, long, razor-sharp claws, bright purple eyes, translucent bronze colored wings with stripes of purple through them that look like veins.
Personality: keeps to himself, snaps a lot, does not like to talk about his power, others sometimes avoid him
Type of Flame: He can slow time within a one mile radius. Has never tried to stop it because he is afraid it won't start again. His "flames" are invisible but can make ten seconds feel like an eternity.
Is that okay?

Age: 12/13
Appearance: Her whole body, instead of being skin, is scales. Blood red, fireproof, scales. And her hair is almost exactly the same color, going down her back and curling at the end. Her eyes are a bright green, and she has a tail with a few spikes on the end.
Personality: Very shy. The people rule the world, and she grew up in a very discirminated community- If you aren't exactly the way they want you to be, you're nothing. And she grew up thinking that she was nothing.
Type of flame: Fire. Just normal, everyday fire.

Name: Charina Ryne
Age:16 (she acts younger though)
Appearance: Yellow scales at her shoulders then toward her waist it turns into a sky blue. She wears a light brown cloak to hide her scales in the market, but when she is in her treehouse she wears a simple white peasant blouse with ripped pants. Usually doesn't wear shoes.
Personality: Carefree, she doesn't worry about the citizens until they are a major threat. A bit obnoxious but when you look further down she is really a focused worker. Can sometimes appear to be kind.
Type of flame: Electric, she can reach people up to 150 feet away. She can only shock one person at a time though. It strengthens the closer up you get until at around 50 feet away you would be knocked out. (If you were close enough you could be killed, but She would be drained enough to pass out so she doesn't do that on purpose.)
