Overnight Camp RP!

Overnight Camp RP!

Overnight Camp RP!

My RPs keep getting deleted, so I'm just going to say TOP! TOP! TOP!

Anyways, in this game we either have magic or we don't have magic. We are going to an overnight camp called 'Summer Moon.' At this overnight camp, everyone is having fun, until one magic user, Amil Barin (a boy), pulls a prank on another non-magic user, Jared Line (a boy), and sends Jared into a different dimension that he can't get out of. Amil is banished, but Amil is very mad and is trying to get revenge on the camp by shutting it down. We have to both defeat Amil and get Jared out of this other dimension.

The campers' ages are 8-17. The counselers' ages are 18-22. The staff can be 22+. I only want a few staff and counselers, but we need more campers. If no one enters after a while, I will start with at least 1 other person.

To make your Charrie, follow these guidlines:

Name: Riley Gardon

Gender: Female

Age: 11

Year at Camp (they could have started at any age, 8+): 4

Appearence: Straight blonde hair, usually in a side ponytail. Blue eyes. Pale skin. Wears tank tops/short sleeves, shorts, and pajamas that have something to do with the camp orher school.

Personality: Friendly, outgoing, brave, ready to try anything that camp has to offer

Magic (if they don't have magic, say 'No'): Phycokenisis (moving/controlling something with her mind)

Special Skills: Is really smart and good at planning and thinking fast

Background/Other: She got into camp on a scholarship because she is doing really well at her magic boarding school. Her parents are very poor, so she got into the boarding school with a scholorship.

Natalie, we're not deleting your RPs. But they may be on a back page.

I'll add a counseler, because it seems like people want to be campers more.

Name: Amy Li'ir

Gender: Female

Age: 19

Year at Camp: 11

Appearence: Shoulder length straight black hair, green eyes, pale skin. Wears black glasses all the time, otherwise she has very bad sight when looking near or far away. Wears short sleeves and shorts.

Personality: Fun, optimistic, ready to help any camper, a good role model

Magic: Tracker. This means that she can identify where everyone is. As people come closer, she can feel them more. This comes in handy, but sometimes the weight of a lot people nearby makes her feel weak and tired. That is why she doesn't often go to events where you don't get very much space, like concerts.

Special Skills: Is very good at throwing a boomerang. (She can through a sharp boomerang if she needs a weapon.) She started a boomerang club at her college. No one joined. She also can type super fast.

Backround/Other: She takes so many classes at her college during the school year that she decided that she could take a summer break. But, from time to time she regrets not taking summer classes.

After I get a few more entrees we will start.

If you want to join late, please tell me and write one Charrie. Find a time that makes sense where a late camper/counseler/staff member could come in. I suggest that you do a staff member, because they can pop in and at. A counseler could be taking summer classes for part of the summer and coming in now. A camper could have gone on a trip or something like that.

Pavlavla says 'rpkw.' Translation: 'Resist power kicking, why?' We're not playing soccer, and in soccer you should resist power kicking because the ball might fly out of bounds or into someone or hurt them. Actually, I don't know. I don't play soccer.

BTW: I sometimes post on a different device. I still use the same name, though.

Name: Bob Logger

Gender: Male

Age: 52

Year at camp: Owner since 38 years old

Appearence: Old, 6'6" wrinkly, bald, always carries an axe, wears trousers, checkered shirt, smiles with his eyes.

Personality: Grumpy, makes bad jokes, has good leadership skills (when he's in a good mood), tough.

Magic: strength

Special skills: Chopping down trees and very good with wood

Background/Other: When he chops down trees the nature magic people regrow them. That is how the camp has so many trees. The camp was founded by his grampa (who was also very grumpy) and got handed down by the generation.

I'm starting now! If you still want to join right after you see this post make a Charrie. Your car/plane/bus could be coming late.

Amy~

I step outside of my car. It took a long time to drive to this camp in Wisconsin. I went on a road trip from my college in Massachusetts. I check in and get my list of campers.

It's a party cabin.

A party cabin is where people from all ages (girls for me) get put in the same cabin. It's supposed to be a good experience where people can make friends with people that they usually wouldn't hang out with.

If these girls haven't been a party cabin before, they are going to need a good role model and lots of encouraging. Well, that's what I'm here for.

And then I realize that I didn't get another counseler in my cabin. I think that I can do it. I hope. Life would be so much easier back at college.

I see who's in my cabin. Riley Gardon- age 11: Phocokynesis: can move/control things with her mind, Alinora Smith- age 13: No magic (Oh, she has a leg problem. She'll need a bottom bunk.), Jasmine Rinar- age 13 (will be 14 soon): Phocokenisis: can influence someone's decisions, Kaycie Evens- age 15: Super Speed, Lea Evens- age 10: No magic, Kyra Ann Quitzal- age 12: No magic. 7 girls, an average cabin size. I like small cabins, because then I don't feel too pressed.

It's time to play some name games and get settled.

Riley~

I love, love, love, love, LOVE camp! Summer Moon is my second home! I am so happy to be back! Okay, I only know the counseler, but that doesn't bring me down!

When I saw Amy, I gave her a big hug. When I saw the other campers, I introduced myself.

"What name game are we going to play, Amy?" I ask.

"The normal one. I'll say my name, then the next person will say my name and then their name, and so on," Amy says.

We play the game.

"Can we go to our cabins now?" I ask. (I am super excited! I love cabins!)

Amy checks her watch, "We're having lunch first. Also, I already named our cabin. It's called... Drumroll please... #Party. So, let's go get hot dogs!"

Camp is full of friends of all ages and backgrounds, friends that are magic and non-magic users. It's nice to be able to meet them and be social at my favorite place anywhere.

That's all I have for now. Anyone can add to the thread, but it would be nice if we could hear a speech from Bob Logger sometime.

Bob Logger:

Hello campers. Welcome to Summer Moon. We will do many activities here. We don't care if you have magic or don't; all we care is that you come (and pay). We hope no incidents happen this year. I'll be the only one logging and chopping down trees, unlike last year, and the year before, and the year before, and... You get the picture. This year will be different, so don't get any ideas. PLEASE ask a counselor if you need anything, not me! By.

Kaycie-

A party cabin? Perfect! Not only are party cabins super-fun, but this means I can be in the same cabin as Lea! There's a girl in my cabin, Riley I think, who I recognize from years past. I smile at her as we go around in the name game.

"Time for lunch!" our counselor, Amy, tells us. I spring to my feet and jog out the door of the cabin, down the familar path to the dining hall. I catch the scent of hot dogs-my favorite! I beam and grab a paper plate from the tall stack at the start of the tables. Lea slides in next to me, eying the hot dogs like they said something mean to her.

"Afraid of the hot dogs?" I ask her, nudging her and grinning. She tries to glare at me, but ends up smiling. Rachel, one of my friends, catches my eye and runs over.

"Ohmigosh, is this your little sister? She's sooo cute! So are you excited for camp? I'm excited!" she tells me, red curls bouncing,

"Uhh, definitely!" I tell her. A hush quickly falls across the hall and I turn to see Bob Logger at the front. He clears his throat and begins his speech.

"Hello campers. Bye."

I try really, really hard not to laugh, but I can't help giggling, especially when Rachel looks at me.

"Don't worry," I tell Lea, laughing. "Not all of them are like that." Lea only frowns in return, as if  to say, "Why'd you get me into this mess?"

Lea~

#Party? I don't LIKE parties. I know Kaycie said this camp would help me, and maybe even convince me to open up about my magic, but it doesn't seem to be the best right now.

We get into a line to get hot dogs. I don't LIKE hot dogs. Okay, maybe I do, but what if I don't like the hot dogs here? Lea sees me eyeing the hot dogs and grins.

"Afraid of the hot dogs?" she asks, nudging me. Of course I'm not afraid of the...okay, that is a little funny. I'm about to say something back when one of Kaycie's friends comes over.

"Ohmigosh, is this your little sister? She's sooo cute!" she gushes. I am NOT so cute. I clutch my sketchbook tightly to my chest.

The owner of the camp gives a speech that only scares me even more. Kaycie turns to me, laughing. Laughing? How could she laugh at a time like this?

"Don't worry. Not all of them are like that," she says. I frown.

Most of Bob Logger's speaches wil be bad. He doesn't take the time to plan them out he just says them and leaves. Sorry, it's just how he acts. He will try to make a better speech next time.
