TIME PERIOD: THE CHAMBER OF SECRETS
BACKGROUND:THE DAY AFTER THE DUELING CLUB.. Harry Potter, to some of us a classmate -and to others an enemy, has been discovered to have the rare ability of parselmouth. Rumors have been flying, strange things happening. Regardless, none of us are safe.
RULES: Remember, during this time the teachers are:
History of Magic: Proffesor Binns.
Muggle Studies: Charity Burbage.
Headmaster: Dumbledore.
Caretaker: Filch.
Charms: Prof. Flitwick.
Gamekeeper: Hagrid.
Flying teacher: Madam Hooch.
Care of Magical Creatures teacher: Prof. Kettleburn.
Defense Against the Dark Arts: Gilderoy Lockhart.
Transfiguration: Minerva McGonagall.
Librarian: Irma Pince
Matron: Madame Pompfrey.
Astronomy: Prof. Sinistra.
Divination: Trelawney.
Herbology: Prof. Sprout.
Arithmancy: Prof. Vector.
and finally...
Potions: Snape, Snape, Severus Snape!
And the frozen people:
Hermoine, Nearly Headless Nick, Colin Creevy, Justin Flinch-Fletchly, and Filch's cat.
Some reminders: Quidditch matches can take place once in a while (only the outcomes/injuries of the Gryfindor matches are in the books. That means that anything is possible when Ravenclaw plays Hufflepuff or Slytherin plays Ravenclaw...), and possible ONE PERSON can be mysteriously injured (one of our RP charries). Remember, Ginny opened the Chamber of Secrets. Maybe she had an accomplice. Maybe J.K. Rowling didn't dig deep enough to find everything that happened in Moaning Myrtle's bathroom...anything is possible.

Blood type: Pure Blood (and proud of it)
Wand: 13 inch Ebony, Veela Hair
Appearence: tall and thin, with bluish gray eyes, dark blonde hair, and a friendly smirk with dimples
Personality: decently friendly, genuinely tries to the value in everyone, regardless of their blood and house. Trying to figure out right and wrong in relation to blood types on his own, as he comes from a whole family of Death Eaters who expect him to be no different. Confused.

Name: Heidi Penmoh
House: Gryfindor
Quidditch: Chaser
Age: 14
Status: Halfblood
Wand: 9 1/4" pine with unicorn hair core, swishy.
Appearance: Short black hair that reaches just below her chin, small but bright blue eyes, and a few scattered freckles. She is short for her age and usually wearing tattered second-hand robes.
Personality: Although she once was so shy and tentative that her she hardly opened her mouth to utter a word, she is working building self-confidence with the help of her big-brotherly friend Jerod Arathor.
Background: She grew up in a muggle orphanage with her sister Aisling. Both new they were wizards because they came from a half-blood family. Both parents were murdered by Voldemort. Since then Aisling was very protective of her painfully shy sister, but she made an unlikely Slytherin friend (Jerod) against her sister's wishes, and managed to get the position of Gryfindor seeker! However, since Jerod is hanging out more with his...er...friend Araxie and her sister is busy enough with her own Ravenclaw business, Heidi is having to fend for herself in this unsafe time.

Wand: 13 inch, Phoenix Tail Feather and Unicorn Hair
Appearance: Wavy, reddish-blonde hair that reaches her waist, tall for her age at 5' 6", Blue eyes that look teal on super sunny days, tanned skin, wears Ravenclaw robes with light blue jeans and a teal T-shirt underneath.
Personality: Sunny, friendly, excited, smart, a little strange, a writer, and super-reader. (AKA me)

I just realized a problem. The problem: Quidditch. Some Quidditch players have already been established. For intance, Heidi can't be a chaser (but last RP Jerod helped her becom one). So what if she is a substitiute? She practices with the team, but doesn't play in the games.

Oh gracious there was a chaser named Heidi on the Hufflepuff team in Harry's third year. I'm keeping Heidi as a substitute Gryfindor chaser though.

Blood type: Muggleborn (hence her "weirdness" and muggle knowledge, along with her mudkip patronus)
Wand: 11.5 inches, laurel, core is a mermaid hair
Appearance: Blonde hair, green eyes, pale
Personality: An eccentric genius who loves confusing purebloods with facts about the muggle world
Backstory/Other: A proud muggleborn. Her patronus changes into different types of Pokemon but is usually a mudkip. Has an Iphone, which secretly fascinates Jerod (PLEASE). Secretly has a crush on Jerod but would take th fact to her grave.

Bloodtype: Half-blood; her mom is Muggle and thinks the wizarding world is SO COOL!
Wand: Pine, with unicorn hair core.
Appearance: Long caramel colored hair that curls slightly at the end. Dimples, and amber eyes.
Personality: In contrast to her delicate appearance, she is very outgoing. Is a hard worker, and loves learning information.
Backstory/other: Her dad is a wizard working in the Department of Mysteries. Lenn's family is rather poor; she has a brother in 5th year( Gryffindor), a sister in 1st year (Hufflepuff), and twin brothers who are eight.

Wand: 11 and a half inches, willow, with unicorn hair.
Appearence: Julia has dark, wavy hair that is cut just at her shoulders and is constantly getting in her eyes. She has piercing, ocean blue eyes, and a sprinkling of freckles across her nose. She is short for her age and is almost constantly mistaken for a first-year, must to her chagrin.
Personality: Julia is talkative to those she knows well, though mostly quiet. She will pipe up in class to answer a question, and is generally friendly. She often starts thinking about something and lose track of where she is and what she's doing. (Leading to spilling something, or breaking something, or tripping over her own feet.)

I'm probably not going to join, but I wanted to say something. I read the wonderful, amazing roleplay that Jerod was in when I was looking for an HP RP I had posted on a couple years ago during Crowd Sorcery. I didn't find the RP I had commented on, but I found something better: Cloudy Dweller's roleplay. I hope this one's as good (and as fun) as the previous. You have my best wishes!
