Boarding School

Boarding School

"Dear Student," the sign on the door says, "You and your entire class are invited to the most highly esteemed boarding school in London. Do not fret, a plane flight has been arranged, and your belongings loaded on the plane. Please proceed to the buses."

Everyone was shocked, and some yelled out. But in the end, they proceeded to the buses, to start a new life.

So, here is how this will work:

Everyone will get to pick one subject they like the most, and that will be the place you live. The subjects are:

Math

Writing

Art

Physical Activity

And no trading cards/collectibles are allowed in the school. Music has to be very old, like classical or medieval. Ok, here is the Character sheet;

Name

Age: You have to be under 18

Favorite Subject: listed above

Appearance:

Gender:

Pet(s); Max. Three

Would you like to be an Assistant Writer? Assistant Writers help me write the story.

Do you want a Social or Academic Plotline?; Social Plotlines are about the events and friends and crushes and that stuff, while Academic Plotlines are about studying, and getting good grades, and being a nerd and that stuff.

Also, at any time, you can change part of you character, and that will have impacts on the story.

Ready to begin?

This is Gared. Could you please write what is going on in Art Class, from Lillian's POV? Read my post about how the school works. Could you do that?

Lillian was sitting around working on her replica of the Mona Lisa, while all the new student filed in

"Hi guys! so today You just be somthing totally easy that will only count for a small amount of your grade!" Lillian said grinning. "All you need to do is paint the Mona Lisa exactly! Easy!" she held up her painting. "Relax! My name is Lillian, and I am not going to make you paint Mona Lisa, yet" everyone sighed. "But I do need you to choose an object and draw it out, you can use pastels or paint." Lillian didn't want to give to much information art is about expressing you person, plus she wanted to get back to the Mona Lisa.

sorry came up with that on the spot more to come!

Gared, do you still need an assistant writer? I noticed the four NPCs have been talking, so I am unsure. But if there are still extra spots available, I can help with those.

I have been RP-ing as the NPC's, but you can do Thomas, who is sporty, strong, not super intelligent, but very popular. Would you do that? You can also do your character.

Yes, I could do Thomas and my character. Also, I love the story so far.

Thank you! It really helps! I like encouragement, especially for this, which is very difficult.

The one good thing about Math was that I had my own kitchen! Well, it was for the 'Fractions' unit, but I made my own food. For some reason, the only people who ever joined me were the other subject presidents. They were in the Math room today, and that was nice, because I never had anyone with me. There were only a few math students, and they never spent time here. Today we were eating pancakes, and I reflected on the fact that people were eating oat glop in the cafateria! Hear that stuck up PE and Art kids! I get real food. I had to enjoy myself, because nobody ever saw me after breakfast. Why did everyone hate Math?

Good news, students. All of you have been accepted to this school for the rest of your education! And another thing. There will be a contest. Between the PE and Art classrooms and the Writing and Math classrooms. There will be puzzles, traps, and more at stake than you might think. Prepare now.

Soren and Cleo step up proudly and turn to the remaining Physical Activity students.

"You. You, and you," Soren says forcefully, picking three older boys.

Cleo swallows hard, and glances at the remaining PE kids. Two girls and a puny boy.

"Well, I guess you three are with me. Come on, we got to start planning," Cleo says, walking away.

"Captains, you have 2 hours to reach your base and prepare defenses. Go!" Thomas says, grinning to himself. He loves having control over kids.

Dear Diary,

A contest? Gared, the Writing Dorm guide, led me and Ella to the Math kid's kitchen for pancakes. They seemed nice enough, a group of kids I might like to be friends with... and now they are my competition.

Ella, Rosalyn and I spent most of the day writing. Then we spent some time watching the PE kids prepare for Capture the Flag... Yet, their guide teacher, Thomas seemed like a stuck-up boss. I took his personality and used it for a character in one of my writing assignments today. I hate him.

Still, no one has asked the Writing girls to the dance yet. Who cares? It looks like we are forgotten here already.

A stop in my dorm room to grab paper (so Ella, Rosa, and I can plan for the competition) reminded me of Hedwig. Beautiful bird, it turns out Ella has a Snowy Owl as well. I went about, grabbing paper and pens, then fed Hedwig. Sorry bird, but it looks like we can't use your brains in this competition. Humans only.

As I begin to check off names in my book, something catches my eye. The glint of a pen. I look up and smirk for three Writer girls are staring at me. One, with long brown hair and dark eyes, catches my gaze and blushes. Another seems angry, cold, glaring at me. The third seems distant, studying my face with a cocked head, eyebrows raised.

I continue on marking names, then make my way towards the woods where the captains wait. The Writer Students stand up and walk off sheepishly.

Girls... I can't go anywhere without girls gawking at me like I am a prize to be won. And, like being the Physical Activity Leader, I love it. Thing is, they can dream all they want. I am already going to that dance with someone else. Someone... better.

Except me, Thomas. "Girls... I can't go anywhere without girls gawking at me like I am a
prize to be won. And, like being the Physical Activity Leader, I love
it. Thing is, they can dream all they want. I am already going to that
dance with someone else. Someone... better." Ugh, it makes me sick!
