Hello! So, obviously, I'm making a X-Men ish roleplay. So, none of the mutants in the movies exist, just to make it fair for the people who can't keep track of the movies(*coughcoughMecoughcough*)
1. NO OP CHARACTERS. There are alot of pretty powerful characters in the movies, however it won't be fair to others if you have that kind of character.
2. DON'T CONTROL OTHER CHARACTERS. Self explanitory.

Power: Retractable claws on hands, retractable spikes across back and the back of lower legs. Able to climb walls, athletic and pretty strong.
Personality: Growly, sarcastic, harsh tempered, a bit of a loner. Has a sense of humor, brave, protective, the type of person who doesn't think when he goes into a situation.
Appearance: Messy dark brown hair, black eyes, Tall. Rather Muscular. Slight Beard. Messy clothing.
Backstory/Other: I'll come up with this later.

I HAVE BEEN WAITING SO LONG FOR THIS:
Name: Cherith LeLyrr
Age(Any age you like! Let's have diversity. If someone has an 8 year old character that'll be great.): 13
Gender: F
Power: Energy bursts that project outwards from her entire body like shockwaves, and telekinesis (the energy is a product of telekinesis)
Personality: Very smart, a little nervous about physical contact. Proud of her telekinesis, but scared of her shockwave abilities.
Appearance: Long blonde hair, green eyes, a small scattering of freckles. Has blue "tattoos" on her skin that she was born with, they are shaped almost like tridents swirling up and down her arms.
Backstory/Other: Discovered her ability when she almost was run over by a runaway train; stopped it but accidentally killed the driver. Is haunted by guilt, so her parents sent her to Xavier's school for the Gifted.

Gender: Male
Race: Vampire
Power: Can turn into bat, extreme flexibility and agility, tough, can drive mortal creatures insane. Has a strategic mind.
Personality: Fairly outgoing, tough, sarcastic, cruel streak, but can be nice to friends. A good stratagist. Honorable to a fault.
Appearance: Looks about 25, yes that is because he is a vampire, but has grey eyes that turn red when he is angry, tall, thin, and looks like he has not slept for a while.
Backstory: He was once a mortal, investigating certain cults. At the time, he was a superhero with increased mental capacaties, agility, and a great swordfighter. He broke into a secret meeting, and was attacked by a vampire. He was cursed to be a vampire, and never truelly belong anywere. Then he relized the power he had, but he can only use his true power, of bending the minds of others to insanity, rarely. It exausts him. He has retained his swordfighting, and uses a pair of short swords. He refuses to use guns or bombs, and will often fight in duels. He can also use bows, spears, and maces. He is terribly angry at those who wronged him, and he seeks revenge, but finds his vampiric state useful at times.
Ok, how was that? He is not as OP as he sounds. He mostly can only swordfight, and he can only drive people insane super rarely. He also will not touch modern weaponry, and I hope that balances the power he posseses inately?

Ugh, I get that we want diversity, but I kind of feel awkward being 7 years younger than you guys.
I'm going to be 22. Sorry, Danie, I know you wanted diversity, but... this is just kind of awkward.
I was thinking that maybe my character has been at the School for the longest time? She's kind of the veteran? Maybe?
Again, sorry for changing my charrie's age. I felt like the outlier.

Age: 16
Power: She can alter a small amount of the earth's gravitational field. The larger the area, the harder it is. She's lived a pretty normal, small town life, so she hasn't experimented a whole lot with what she can do. She can't get rid of gravity entirely, but she can lessen it. Is this too OP?
Personality: Sweet, accepts lifes ups and downs, doesn't hold grudges. She likes to make jokes to lighten the mood, and sometimes has a hard time being serious and sincere.
Appearence: She's got long caramel colored hair usually pulled back in a bun or high ponytail. She's a tall, and has freckles on her nose. She has hazel eyes, and long eyelashes.
Backstory/Other: She lives with her widowed mother.

Power: MWAHAHAHA- Phobokineses. Now before you start screaming about how that's soooo OP, let me explain something. Whenever she uses it, it plays off of her own fears as well.
Personality: She acts super careless and sarcastic, but really, she is insecure. Like really, really insecure.
Appearance: Long black/brown hair, dyed red at the tips. She has large brown Aisan eyes. She is tall and skinny, with pale skin.
Backstory/Other: I'll fill this out later.

Gender: Female
Power: Eletricity and firebreathing. (l mean, c'mon, she's a eight year old kid.)
Personality: Loud, bratty, stubborn, constantly distracted, delights in annoying people, always talking and asking questions, kind of charmingly innocent, fairly intelligent for her age, wouldn't listen to anyone, hyper and jumpy, she isn't afraid of anything. She has a large ego and acts as if she's older and more important then everyone else.
Appearance: Short, skinny and agile, she has fluffy ginger hair, green eyes, and heavily freckled skin. She ususally wears her favorite too-large leather jacket.
