Story Idea Central!!!!

I really need some story ideas and had I few I can't use. I was looking at TNO's character rental thread and thought it might work to do the same thing with story ideas. If any one had any they can post them, and I'll post some of mine right now.

~ Your main character wakes up one morning and is famous... for no reason.

~ Your main character finds out someone close to him/her (friend, family, etc.) has a potentially deadly disese and goes to help the person, only to be kidnapped on the way.
