No, this is not an RP. It's a place for writers to clump together, give advice, rant about writing problems, talk about mental writing stress, etc.
Every so often, I'll post a writing exercise for everyone to do, such as...I don't know, writing a short story about tomatoes. (Don't be alarmed, that's only a quick example. I'm not actually going to make you write a short story about tomatoes. XD)
So.... SO.... SO.... "So forth and upward and onward, gee whiz!"

Same here! Go Homeschoolers! (I'm assuming that if you don't go to school you're either homeschooled, or 3, and I don't think a three year old would be on Cricket and writing so well... XD)

I know I'm a little late for this, but my advice is to just get as much done as you can. If you can't get the project done on time, tell the teacher that no one else is doing any work. They'll be happy to help.
I'm in the same situation right now at school.
Also, homeschoolers rock! (I was homeschooled in kindergarten).

Also, @Lucy, I've been in this situation before. A lot. I suggest you talk to them. Honestly, you've got to put the pedal to the metal and take charge at this point. They're probably just as aware as you that the project is due, and just are putting it off. Try making a meeting time at school, or after.

Trust me, she knows. Literally all she's done is buy a tri-fold and print out some letters. I'm still mad at her. . .
She's in Disneyland right now. Instead of helping me like she HASN'T done for the LAST THREE WEEKS. I've been doing all the bookwork at this point. JUST CUZ I HAVE GLASSES AND As DOESN'T MEAN THAT I'M DOING YOUR WORK!!!

@Lucy B, I've had the same problem, a girl and I were working with my arch nemisis, and he woundn't help out at all, we had to do a report on the greek god Ares, and all he did was mess around. but, if somehow you can't get your partner to help you, when you hand it in/ present you should say.
"Oh yes, and this part was made by me, oh and that one, I also did this one," you your teacher knows that you did most of the work and the other person doesn't get off with an easy A.

LOL it's due the 10 of February so when we turn in the science fair notebooks I will have all the data and writing and she'll have the variables and the hypothesis. BYW I also have that stuff in my notebook.
