Chatterbox: Inkwell

PJO RP!

My first RP back!

We start this RP at Camp Half-Blood. This takes place after BoO, but before any new books, which we’ll disregard.

It’s pretty normal at Camp Half-Blood. Sure, there’s love drama and fighting, but that always happens, pretty much anywhere. But one day, a mysterious group of four kids (two girls, two boys) come along. They all have dark blue, almost purple eyes, with night-black hair. Like dementors, they radiate a negative aura, much worse than Nico di Angelo’s. Chiron welcomes them, because he always does, but it becomes pretty obvious that they’re hiding something. Our charries are trying to find out what it is.

What are they hiding?

They’re not demigods. They’re demons from Hades. They escaped the Underworld, and are trying to bring back more to join them.

But one of them isn’t like the rest. He realizes that what they are doing is wrong, and tries to warn the half-bloods. It quickly escalates into a battle, but for this demon, both his siblings and the demigods are against him. There will be deaths, so if you want to kill your character, make two! You can have up to three, and as many people can join as they want. If you want to come in the middle of the RP, make sure to ask first, but we’ll welcome you.

The charrie sheet:

Name:

Age:

Godly parent:

Personality:

Appearance:

Favorite weapon:

Backstory:

My characters:

Name: Adeline Chen

Age: 14

Godly parent: Aphrodite

Personality: A total beauty geek, she has two million subscribers on her YouTube channel for beauty and makeup. She’s quite nice for an Aphrodite kid, she isn’t stuck-up, but she does spend a huge amount of time and money on makeup and beauty products. Super optimistic and energetic (she has to be, for her channel), she’s got a decent number of friends outside of her cabin. She believes in small acts of kindness, which can be cheesy at times, but she always means well. If she weren’t an Aphrodite kid, she’d be Athena, because she’s really curious about everything. She asks too many questions.

Appearance: Really pretty, obviously. As I said before, she wears a ton of makeup. Her hair is dyed purple and pink, and she pretty much looks like a Chinese model, except she’s fourteen.

Favorite weapon: She’s not all that good at fighting, so charmspeak and her bow and arrow (she loves the Apollo kids).

Backstory: Her father met Aphrodite because he works as a businessman (NOT scientist) for L’Oreal. She lived with him in Paris until she was ten, and since there were no monsters in France, it was safe for her to know she was a demigod. She still has a French accent. She moved to America and was put in Camp Half-Blood immediately, her father going back to France. She started her YouTube channel when she was thirteen, and it grew super quickly.

My second charrie:

Name: Jasper Shannon

Age: 15

Godly parent: Hermes

(I’ll do the personality after the backstory, and you’ll see why.)

Appearance: Brown hair, dark eyes. A lot of scars from living in the streets.

Favorite weapon: Sword

Backstory: Jasper was turned out into the streets at age eleven, when he came out to his family as gay. Living in the streets of Boston, he met Magnus Chase, which is the reason that Magnus mentions all the homeless LGBTQ+ kids. A satyr found him, thank the gods, and he went to Camp Half-Blood. He wasn’t claimed until after the war.

Personality: He used to be really shy. You’d be, too, if you were gay. But he met Will Solace, and gradually they became friends. No, he didn’t develop a crush on Will. It was platonic. He’s more open now, and he hates sarcasm. Will is his only friend, outside of the Hermes cabin. He pranks with his siblings, and gets along pretty nicely. He can pick locks with his mind, like most of the other Hermes kids. He’s rather curious, because he once made a mistake of not asking questions and it almost cost him his life.

Also, let’s try to develop a love triangle or two in here! Those are always fun.

Merlin's beard, I'm laughing so hard right now. That was awesome, St!
