Chatterbox: Inkwell
Hunted RP!
You dash through the trees as fast as you can. You can hear something crashing through the brambles behind you, but can't remember what it is, and won't risk turning around to see. All you can remember is you're running from it, whatever it is, and there may be consequences worse than death if it catches you. Almost out of breath, you duck into a cave, and the thing runs past. You head deeper into the cave, where it opens into a huge cavern. At the center of the cavern is a stalagmite, carved out into the shape of an ornate bowl. Inside this is a perfectly round, white stone that seems to be glowing. You can't resist touching the stone, which you can now see has a sort of mark etched on it. There's a blinding flash.
When the dust clears, you can tell one thing for certain.
You're not in the forest anymore.

Appearance: Long, wavy dirty blond hair, blue eyes with a hint of green to them, wears a gray tunic, black leggings, and soft gray suede boots that have soft, very sturdy sole
Personality: Quiet, reserved, serious, intelligent, good at stealthy stuff, adds in the very occasional sarcastic joke every now and then, has a "saving people thing" (Hermione to Harry in The Order of the Phoenix)

Hi! I'm Stargirl! (Or whatever, I haven't completely decided on my Chatterbox name yet.) I'm new the the Chatterbox, you could say, but I have been here for two periods of time, both times under different names, so no one here would know me. If you aren't sure what happened before this "plot snippet," I have some ideas... I'm not trying to rush you or anything, just wondering. I'll leave you alone now. :P ;)

Yes, I have a story in mind, and yes, albeit a rough one. Our characters will find out parts of what happened before later in the story.

Appearance: Blonde hair cut in a bob, chocolate-colored eyes, thin, limps slightly due to a wooden leg
Personality: Introverted, doesn't trust easily, when things go wrong, they tend to think it's their fault, guards emotions, hates being the center of attention
Backstory: From a city built in the clouds, Xiayla grew up in a wealthy family. Xiayla became very focused on their goals to prove themself among their brothers. When Xiayla turned twelve, their parents sent Xiayla on a trip to the forest because of 'Family Tradition'. Three years later, Xiayla's parents still haven't given Xiayla permission to return (talk about bad parenting).

Appearance: Short, boyish length dark brown hair; olive colored skin; good poker face and hides emotions well; small smile; pretty hazel eyes; short and small in many ways
Personality: Doesn't talk a lot, but takes in more than she seems; many think her shy, but when the right time comes, she can be very bold; intelligent; doesn't have any close friends, but doesn't mind much
Backstory: Her parents don't put much thought into her. They aren't mean, exactly, but neglectful. All of her other relatives are dead, and she stays with them simply because she has to. They give her a lot of freedom, and she gets the feeling that they wouldn't mind if she left and never came back.

Name: Therion Rell
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Appearance: Tall, with dark hair, pale skin (dislikes the outdoors), and an easy smile. Thought to be handsome by some.
Personality: Cheerful and lazy. Good at playing tunes on his pipe, but completely incompetent at anything practical. A people pleaser.
Backstory: From a wealthy merchant family Therion was always expected to follow in his father's solemn footsteps. Therion didn't notice. Though his father disapproved of him, he was spoiled by his mother as he was her only child. He's had a life of ease and comfort... until now.

Appearance: Sky blue hair, and dark green eyes. Slender, and wears torn jeans, and jean jacket, and blackshirt. Always carries a knife.
Personality: A bit shy, but will eventually warm up to you. Mysterous and mischovouis. Loyal to her friends, and will protect them at any cost.
Backstory: Grow up in a poor and bad part of town, and had to learn to protect herself. At age ten her someone tried to steal from her father, and her father wouldn't give his money, so the theft left. She swore from that day on if she saw that theive again he would pay the price for killing her dad.

I forgot about this. Probably, that's not a good thing. But... here we are. Also, sorry that I have two charries, but I'm thinking of maybe writing this as a novel next NaNo, and they're my MCs.
